Dr. Bigley was aware of cutting edge treatment for my condition and without his knowledge and an experience I doubt my outcome would have been as successful as it was.

Dr. Bigley is always compassionate and kind in his care towards me. He’s always on time and very often early. I never feel rushed. He takes the time to explain things to you and let you ask questions. I really appreciate his care and hope that he practices as long as he wants to practice. I’m very thankful.

Several items. The receptionist was absolutely outstanding and very helpful. She explained the MyChart system in detail and helped me to install it on my cell phone. I apologize that I do not know her name but she was the young lady on the left window as you look at the receptionist area. Dr. Bigley was also outstanding in that he explained what was going on and his suggestions as to follow up procedures. He is very direct but I appreciate that much more than not.

I’m very happy with all the care and experience that Ron has provided for me in everything. I do not live close to the hospital but I make all my appointments there in Reno as I travel a lot. Sometimes I travel 500 miles for one appointment.

Dr Bigley did research on an [ ] condition I had with a previous provider in another state I had resided in . I was very impressed with the effort put in prior to our meeting for the first time.
