From the first time my husband and I met Dr. Way, we could sense that he was genuine, kind and highly capable. He listened carefully to my concerns and completely understood what I was saying. It has finally taken me almost 4 years to get a name for my condition.

The ability to see a patient earlier than scheduled appointment because the patient accidentally arrived earlier than expected. I’ve never experienced that type of service. I’m normally waiting for over an hour to see a provider.

While finishing up after the doctor left he came back to say he thought more about treatment and further explained what he thought was best and stayed to be sure we were on the same page. It really made me feel like he was concerned about me personally.

We are so glad to have a movement disorder specialist in Reno. Dr. Way meets all our needs and when we were confused about the DBS dr. Way personally called us. He is very up to date on [ ] problems. We have great confidence in him.
