It has been four days since my appointment
I was informed that a pre authorization was required for new medication but no idea when that will occur

Please note that I am talking about Dr. Lee G. ( the previous questions are confusing, and seems like they refer to Care providers in general).
I appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Lee G., and how he put attention to what I have to say; but what I appreciate the most is his awareness of my medical history to choose the best option in medication to avoid additional issues in my health.
I also appreciate that he took the time to explain the results of the MRI, that way I am aware of my current situation.

Excellent Staff ! Reception staff was courteous. M/A was very friendly. Dr . Getwitz is the best. . Answered all my questions and concerns with patience and concern. Never felt rushed.

I was late due to the construction on Mill Street. I was advised that they had a 10-minute late policy and I might not be able to be seen but they were able to fit me in an hour later which was great. However, the 10 minute late policy was brand new information to me as there had been nothing verbally or in writing about it prior to me arriving in the office.

Dr Gerwitz spent nearly 2 hours with us. He clearly understood my diagnosis and was keen on getting me the treatment that is required. Reno is lucky to have him!

Dr Gerwitz spent time with me performing physical activities. I was very impressed because he showed his concern with ability to walk. My Utah and my diagnosing dr are the only others performing tests that I was asked to do. Very knowledgeable MS doctor !!

The girl who does the Botox scheduling is not compassionate. I have had trouble with her 3 times.
Front Desk girls are wonderful.
