Dr. Truong has been very caring, he listens, he follows up, he tries to increase the quality of my treatment, not just do the bare minimum. Everyone in the office has been great, very professional.

My doctor said I had to be seen within ninety days of receiving the medical device.I need. He gave that message to the receptionists. But there are no appointments for 5 months. He told me I must be seen and wanted me to be seen in september. But the earliest appointment shows january. They said they would put me on a waiting list. Last time I was on a waiting list as well.But I was never seen earlier than the appointment five months out. I am very worried because medicare stipulates that I must be seen within ninety days of receiving the equipment.And that's what the doctor ordered.

Dr. Truong is a wonderful person and doctor. He’s very easy to talk with and has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of neurology. He had a student there that visit, which was interesting and fine with me. I like Dr. Truong a lot and he is very professional in his work. He explains what the treatment is and how he plans for it to proceed. Definitely a 10!!

Dr. Song's new assistant was extremely thorough, very kind, very personal, and I was extremely impressed because he was such a young kid. And I love my doctor. He is extremely thorough, very caring, and is very patient, listens, and doesn't make me feel like there's someone else in the next room that he has to go run and see. I am very pleased with the whole office. The receptionists, they're always kind and considerate and always ask me how I'm doing. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Truong is without a doubt the best neurologist I've been to for DBS, the brain stimulation programming. He listens, he cares, and most of all, he spends enough time with you to solve the problem. He's what every doctor should strive to be. Thank you.

Dr Truong is my favorite doctor. He listens and goes above and beyond to make sure that I get the care that I need.
