Hi there. I really like my doctor. I think he does a great job, but there's definitely a disconnect somewhere in that provider. I'll tell you why. This is the most recent incident that I've had, but I was in there, I believe, on Monday or Tuesday. The doctor gave me a new medication, told me to start it right away and call in a week to let him know how it was working, which was great. So I go to Walmart to get it, and they said that they had a question about the prescription, so they couldn't give it to me yet. So they said that they called the doctor twice. I went in Wednesday, did not heard. They suggested that I call the doctor. So I called the doctor and left a message with his assistant. Still didn't get anything from Walmart. Then the next day, I sent a message in my chart, still didn't get any feedback. So now it's Monday. It's a week later. I still don't have my medicine because Walmart won't dispense it to me because nobody will call Walmart and clarify what my medicine needs to be.

Yes, I'm enjoying getting to know the office of Dr. Davila, his group that works with him. They're all very kind, very pleasant, and I'm getting to know Dr. Davila very, very good, and I'm hoping he's getting to know me well. So I know it takes time, but I'm enjoying the pleasant talks that we have. But I thank you so much for this opportunity to rate Dr. Davila's office and staff. Thank you so very much.

First time seeing Dr. Davila & he was very informative, new my history from my hospital stay & strokes. Very patient, kind, & understanding. His detail description of my scans was the most information my husband & I had since September 9th when I was admitted to Renown South Meadows.

I was there to consult whether I had Parkinson's and that he covered very well, but I don't know what I still have going on. I got an idea that it's kind of a combination of a number of different things, but I wish I'd had more time to ask questions. Thank you.

Dr Davila listened to my concerns and problems. He showed he was familiar with previous health screenings by my primary doctor. His associate was knowledgeable and provided Dr. Davila with an accurate understanding of the reasons I was seeking help. Dr Davila was professional and helpful.

The doctor and medical assistant were very kind. That means a lot when everything is so overwhelming. The doctor took his time explaining things to me. I did not feel rushed at all. I am thankful that I was able to see him.

I had to wait several months to get an apt. My condition got much worse and I ended up in the emergency room. I know there is a dr shortage but wow!

It was great the only issue was a mistake on my medication list and dosage was wrong, thought it was corrected, but the print out I received at the end of my appointment was the same.
I thought the Dr. was very good.

Very personable doctor and his assistant was also wonderful. She is friendly and followed through on the same day with arranging for an EEG and my next MRI. The receptionist even offered us coffee. So thoughtful!
