The entire staff from greeting me, signing in, nurses and Dr Fardell were the kindest and most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I am exceptionally grateful they took such good care of me and I am more than pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent provider. He listens seems very concerned about my health situation. He is helpful whenever and wherever he needs to be. His assistant, Terry, also is very supportive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Morgan Gilliam is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond always!!! She is a diamond in the ruff in health care!! She is exceptionally intelligent and real, bringing ease to the medical concerns.
The front desk gentleman with black hair is always outstanding!! He is alert and attentive and remains positive even when doing the job of everyone else at the front!

I like when Justin explains everything in detail in detail, he breaks it down for me and gives me more information that I could look into for my Diabetes. Justin is a very knowledgeable worker that I enjoy having him as my dietitian doctor

My Primary Care Ms Morgan and her MA Cynthia very nice people. They treat me with respect and very good listeners. Ms Morgan took time in answering my questions with my health concerns. I don’t feel she’s in a time crunch. She got a lot of patience and empathy.

Carl Thomas always listens to me and is so very knowledgeable and always gives me peace of mind for whatever I'm going through and he always gets back to me right away and lets me text him about the same issue and doesn't make me keep coming back in and he answers quickly and readily on the same day, really on the same hour that I text him. And he did the medical assistants did bring up the following. Carl Thomas didn't need to go over that issue so that's why I put a one because he didn't discuss it but his he already knew that it had been taken care of so I would have given that a yes definitely also. I want him to have a perfect score because he deserves it. So thank you very much. He's a wonderful doctor.
