The receptionist, Terre, was excellent at her job, you could tell she was happy in her position and her customer skills were extraordinary. I retired as a customer service manager in banking and insurance and also trained customer service personnel. I know what excellent and extraordinary service skills look like and they must come from the heart of the person. You are very lucky to have Terre to represent Renown.

This was my first visit since I went from employer insurance to Medicare and I am extremely happy with renown,Senior care PLUS and Dr. Thomas.

Everyone at the Renown clinic I go to is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind and I would recommend that Clinic to anyone they listen they act they answer questions with direct answer answers no, he hauling around about it

Great welcoming staff. Wait time was minimal. Absolutely love Dr. Lyons. She listens to me and does everything she can to help me with my insomnia. As much as I dislike having to drive to Sparks from Fernley, it is worth it.

Dr. Carl Thomas is very informative and trustworthy. I hope he continues practicing at the Los Altos facility for years. My wife goes to Dr. Carl's wife for her "annual" and is pleased to do so.
