Dr Thomas is always prepared going over my chart before entering room. Always have had very productive visits. Would certainly reccomend him as a primary care physician.

Dt. Nguyen made me feel very comfortable and told me exactly what he felt I should do. I got a Cat scan appt for the very next day and within an hour or so of completely the Cat scan he called to tell me he was sending referrals for me to follow-up with and if I didn't hear from them to contact them myself. I did hear from them. His follow-up was better than I expected or had received in the past from urgent care or a doctor I had not seen before. GREAT experience!!

I have several comments to make, if I knew someone actually read these or cared. Mostly I like Renown and especially Dr. Carl Thomas.

Dr Thomas is the best doctor I've ever had. He has saved me from several negative issues and fixes then immediately. 1 being when my neurologist said I don't need a EMG for carpel tunnel because you have a blood flow problem. He went around the neurologist and had the EMG done. I did have a severe case of carpel tunnel and 2 when I was hit by a falling branch and the ER missed the branch that was in my arm and he sent me back in for another ultrasound and discovered I had a piece of the branch still in my arm. You can't be any more thorough than that. And you can't make this up, it's all in MyChart. I'm blessed to have Dr Thomas as my primary care provider.

Dr. Nguyen Has been the first primary care MD I’ve been to that has taken the time to listen to concerns, communicate clearly on my treatment and preventative care recommendations. I am glad to have him as a provider and hope he is recognized as a true asset by Renown Health.

Dr. Nguyen has been an excellent primary care physician for me. I am a complicated case and he has done an amazing job keeping up with my cancer and autoimmune disease, refering me to specialty physicians as needed. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze.

Having moved from Reno to Sparks last December I wanted to find a provider who is closer to our new home and still within Renown’s network.
I'm very lucky to have theLos Altos facility within easy reach.
Dr. Fardell was thorough and very professional in his assessment and I believe this will be a fine transition.
I look forward and am confident about any future care I may receive.

I really appreciated getting in the same day I called to get a sick appointment. Everybody was very nice and Taylor was great. I liked that she took a thorough history and asked for my opinion as well. I was very happy with the service. Plus she looked at what I was due for and ordered my mammogram. So to me she went above and beyond
