I have been going to Carl Thomas for a couple of years and he is a wonderful doctor and listens intently to all my concerns. And I'm heartsicken that I will no longer have him because of Kaiser. And I probably won't be going to you guys anymore because of Kaiser. Thank you.

This dr always takes time to listen, and always asks before appt is over if I hv any more questions or concerns. I really appreciate that- most drs are only trying to get to the next appt.

I really appreciate Kaira's patience because as a senior person I unload much concern over what is part of the aging process vs illnesses. I value her professionalism and trust her guidance. I respect her frankness as I have responsibility to my own health and I enjoy interacting with her.

Rosario, the medical assistant for Dr Lyons, bent over backwards to help me get an appointment sooner than I could get online. Rosario was awesome! I always like Dr Lyons because she is realistic, pragmatic, professional and always super pleasant.

I went to Joan because I wanted to have a woman doctor and she was really great. She listened to me and was marvelous and her assistant who helps her was great too and made me feel very comfortable and I could ask anything I wanted to. Okay, thank you for calling and doing this survey.

They got me in with Dr Thomas because my regular Dr had no room. I had suffered an accidental fall from a high place and hit my head. Had a mild concussion.
