I felt valued and listened to by everyone in the office, starting with the people who checked me in, the young man who checked me out, and especially Dr. Nguyen and his medical assistant. Everyone there is just wonderful, and I would recommend him to all of my friends.

The nursing staff and Morgan Gilliam, my primary care provider, were wonderful, very kind and gentle, but they informed me about the pros and cons of the medicine and how we would deal with it. They were very compassionate. Especially, Morgan Gilliam provided insight into the causes of my sleep disturbance, and she’s coming up with plans to help me deal with it. This session greatly improved my well-being.

It has always been a good experience. Friendly personnel, hardly any waiting time and the time is taken to discuss and explain what is happening. No feeling of being rushed out the door.

The front office was very professional and efficient. I was called back on time. Dr. Fardell took his time, listened to all my concerns, and was very efficient, explained everything very well. I highly recommend him and it was a great experience.
