Dr. Budesa is FANTASTIC! She was thorough, communicative, and pleasant! The lobby needs to be marked more clearly as to whether it is for labs, urgent care or a provider appointment. The front staff needs to greet people walking through the door to direct us and not let us try to figure out where we are going? No friendliness at all. Clear signage would be helpful "check in here for..." There is a hand made sign with arrows taped to the counter. Unprofessional!

I receive excellent service. My doctor and her team are angels. I feel like saved my life. So I give them a 20, not just a 10. Amazing, amazing, amazing. That's all I have to say. God bless. Have a great day.

Dr.Budesa and her MA are just wonderful and professional. When coming in sick I felt they really stepped up and offered care and diagnostic testing. Just a great experience especially when sick. Thank you kindly to the team! Bravo!!

Yes, my meeting with Dr. Budesa went extremely well. She was well prepared for my appointment. She knew my medical history and she was sympathetic to my continuing problems and immediately provided for proper referrals so that I can get these things handled. We're very pleased with her. We were a little upset when we lost [full name], but Marie has been a great fill-in for her and we're thoroughly looking forward to continuing working with Dr. Budesa. Thank you.

Dr. Budesa was patient and understanding of my symptoms, however, I thought I had symptoms from another diagnosis. Lab tests proved me wrong and now to see what she has planned for the abnormal tests. Very kind, listened to my concerns. Did not feel rushed.

I really like this clinic. However, I get my appointments cancelled all the time. It would be helpful not to have providers that called and took all the time or weren't available during your appointment time, at least for delays. Thank you.

Dr. Budesa had read my chart and answered my questions re lab work. Offered some ways to help me with pain x Said it had been 11 years since I had an MRI and has ordered one. I was very pleased.

I’m happy they wrote up the referral I have needed to see a specialist about my Lupus. Now however long the referral department takes to process and send my records is still to be determined .
