I really like this clinic. However, I get my appointments cancelled all the time. It would be helpful not to have providers that called and took all the time or weren't available during your appointment time, at least for delays. Thank you.

Dr. Budesa had read my chart and answered my questions re lab work. Offered some ways to help me with pain x Said it had been 11 years since I had an MRI and has ordered one. I was very pleased.

Dr. Budesa was kind and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. I’ve been waiting for a new provider for over a year. I really liked talking with Dr. Budesa about my health and how to proceed. I hope she stays for a long time.

I’m happy they wrote up the referral I have needed to see a specialist about my Lupus. Now however long the referral department takes to process and send my records is still to be determined .

The doctor that helped me with my meds even though my pcp had left the practice she listened to me and understood my needs. I am going to try to request her as my new pcp. She made me felt heard.

Hi, she was very, very good at listening. She communicated really, really well. I only saw her this one time, so I don't have a really strong, strong opinion about anything yet, but I was impressed with her communication and how she was willing to answer questions.

Dr Budesa was very professional and prompt. I got in on time, was seen on time and was in and out in less than 45 minutes total. I was impressed and made an appointment to keep her as my primary care.

I was impressed with Dr. Budesa. My previous caregiver, Jennifer Simcox, was unreliable with appointments ,always being rescheduled and my 3 month appts. ended up being 5 months or longer.

I am so sorry that Jennifer [] is no longer part of Tenown. She was an excellent primary care giver. Marie Budesa, MD is now my primary and I am very pleased to have her as such.

The healthcare worker Christie Richie helped me get the appointment and then helped me with my wheelchair and pushed me in the clinic. She is a wonderful person. She is a very kind person. She has helped me so much.

I just established care with this provider. I’m not sure why there is such turnover with primary care practitioners, but changing providers every few years is distressing
