I signed up for Renown thinking that the Kaiser partnership would be great, but discovered Renown is far superior to Kaiser.

The front office was very professional and efficient. I was called back on time. Dr. Fardell took his time, listened to all my concerns, and was very efficient, explained everything very well. I highly recommend him and it was a great experience.

Dr. Fardell always takes time to explain any health problems I may have. He's a very compassionate and caring doctor. I'm very fortunate to have him as my primary care doctor. He is an asset to Renown.

Dr. Fardell was a new provider for me. He was well informed & listened mostly, but did seem in a bit of a hurry - I realize he has many, many other patients to see, so it's O.K. because he was quick and a lot younger than me. He did suggest/refer me for several tests I asked about for several different health conditions I'm concerned about. Over all I think he will probably be a good PCP for me.

They were all very nice and friendly. Doctor John Fardell was very nice and kind. I also see a therapist and he didn’t try to become involved in that. So I finally found a PCP.

The entire staff from greeting me, signing in, nurses and Dr Fardell were the kindest and most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I am exceptionally grateful they took such good care of me and I am more than pleased with the care I received.
