Nicole Killian was the first Dr to listen to me and recognize that there actually is something going on. I've been declining in health for the last 5 years and seen specialists, but cannot get anyone to take me seriously enough for a diagnosis. Dr Killian actually looked at my results and scans and tried to put pieces together instead of the usual brush off I get from other doctors. She was very knowledgeable, and so compassionate! I haven't received such a great level of care in years. Definitely a 10/10 :) [ ]

Every aspect of my experince was positive with the total staff. Was frstereting going the general number to get to my doctor. Would be nice to have a direct line to my PCP.

I had a great experience with the front desk, medical assistant and provider, Nicki. I always am treated with friendliness. I am happy they have the early morning appointments available so I can go in before work. The office is very clean and always has masks and tissues available in the lobby. Thank you [ ] staff!

Throughout [ ] relationship with Ms Killian even calling us after hours from her home to make sure we were alright and that someone from Renown responded to our phone call and email. She has always been prepared and knowledgeable about my condition and needs. I do not want another Primary Provider as I have great confidence in her.

Some questions didn’t apply cause I get RX at VA also. Jillian is excellent doctor I have high trust in her and like her very much, if this eval is used to help decide her getting raise or bonus I highly recommend her for Big raise or bonus, she’s very easy to talk to I feel totally listened to and understood.
