Comfortable discussing illness with staff. Doctor asked questions for a deeper understanding of what happened to me and scheduled me for further testing immediately. Testing showed a fracture and need for further treatment.

All of the employee at this clinic have always been very positive, helpful, considerate, professional, etc., from start to finish. We have already recommended Renown to several newcomers to Reno/Sparks since our arrival two years ago.

I absolutely love, Killian, and the details and the care that she puts into us the patience every time we are seen. Her assistant was extremely nice as well, and the facility is always clean and pleasant for the situation having to go.

I was seen quickly after my check-in at the front desk.
The lobby was clean and is large enough to provide privacy and space between patients.

Always a good experience at this RENOWN Clinic (and all Renown facilities). I’ve been seeing my primary for years now, and I have been very happy with everything. Communication is great. Choice and approach of the therapies for the variety of symptoms that I have been in for have been for over the years has been thoughtful.

I love Nicole Killian. She remembers me with each visit, which is hard to find now. I lost my 22 year old son 22 months ago and Nicole remembers the month he passed. She helped me through a very devastating time.. and still checks with my mental health. She is the best!

Nicole Killian does an outstanding job of tracking my health, ensuring that I obtain all necessary testing to assess my various health conditions and needs, and is an excellent listener and a great teacher to help me move toward a healthier lifestyle generally. I really appreciate everything that she does. She is excellent by far the best PCP in the whole system for Renown. Thank you.

Niki is terrific. I recently moved out of Reno, but I decided to continue seeing Niki as my primary care provider because she is so caring and thorough. I especially appreciate her and her staff's attention to messages on My Chart. I would recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a provider.
