I always appreciate meeting with Nicole, as I have met with her previously. She is a great listener and has good instincts. She is very easy to communicate with, as well as having her professional insight all during our visit. Would happily meet with her at any point in the future!

Nikki Killian is one of the best providers, doctor included, of anyone I've ever been to. So thorough, so compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, everything you want in a provider. I was hesitant because she's a nurse practitioner and I'm very complicated. I've been to the Mayo Clinic, UCSF, Stanford. She is right up there with the best of the best and I will recommend her to anybody and everyone that needs a primary care person. I'm so glad I found her.

Dr. Killian takes the time to explain why she is recommending a medication for improvement in my bones, gave details regarding bone density test and also detailed the results of blood test.

Nicole Killian was an amazing PA during my visit. She was very thoughtful around her conversation and what she shared and what would be best for me to move forward. I also had a terrific experience with Justin today, Friday, April 10th. It's been nothing but a pleasure figuring out what's going on with my body right now with the support of the PA's at Renault.

Lobby is always clean and orderly. Front Desk Staff is efficient and friendly. Physician takes time to listen carefully and provide time for questions and added information.

No issues with my care team. The only issue with Renown was that 3 of my test results from 2025 that were previously in my MyChart records were not showing up in my MyChart records for 2026. I understand there may have been some updates to that system but it is concerning that these 3 prior records did not transfer. I have notifed Dr. Killian and her medical assistance has responded that she will give her my messages regarding this matter. Thank you

When the equipment failed during my exam, they quickly rush to get me scheduled somewhere else that day. They were very accommodating and helpful pleasant to be at your facilities. As a previous employee ever Renown, it’s wonderful to see that customer service is so important.

The check-in process is so quick, which is vastly different from the Renown clinic in Fernley. It literally took 30 seconds. Staff there are amazing.
Of course, Niki Killian is an awesome provider. She explains everything thoroughly and encourages questions. I never feel rushed with her, and yet she's never behind scheduled. She's the best!!!
