I always feel heard and get thorough advice from Nicole Killian. I’m so happy I finally found aPCP that I like so much and trust.

Very caring and truly concerned @ my issues. Is a fabulous listener and heard each one of my issues. Niki Killian addressed each of my concerns and provided referrals to specialist for me to make an appointment to see for the area of concerns needing a specialist.
Niki Killian PA is absolutely one of the most caring and listensing P.A. foŕ A patient. I would reccomend her to anyone requesting the name for a primary care provider!
I sincerely appreciate the care she has provided to me!!

The receptionist was super helpful. We had a problem with the determining if a virtual visit would be covered by my insurance. And the receptionist called and notified me ahead of time and also gave me some advice on how to get it covered or like so I wouldn't be stuck with an out of pocket cost and I was very appreciative of how helpful she was and how thoughtful she was to think about the cost that it would be for me versus just coming in and I just thought she went above and beyond and I was really grateful. I didn't get her name though, but she was amazing and I very much appreciated it.

I have had some really poor primary care doctors over the years. APRN Nicole Killian is the best. She welcomes all my questions and takes all the time necessary to ensure I understand.

The receptionist, Terre, was excellent at her job, you could tell she was happy in her position and her customer skills were extraordinary. I retired as a customer service manager in banking and insurance and also trained customer service personnel. I know what excellent and extraordinary service skills look like and they must come from the heart of the person. You are very lucky to have Terre to represent Renown.

Yes, Nicole Killian has been the best provider we've ever had in renown besides Dr. [last name]. She is very in tune of what's going on with her patients and their medical history and continuously watches out to make sure that they're getting the best treatment possible.

Nicole is one of the most amazing care providers that I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She always gives me all the time and information that I need and makes me feel so cared about. Comfortable discussing illness with staff. Doctor asked questions for a deeper understanding of what happened to me and scheduled me for further testing immediately. Testing showed a fracture and need for further treatment.

All of the employee at this clinic have always been very positive, helpful, considerate, professional, etc., from start to finish. We have already recommended Renown to several newcomers to Reno/Sparks since our arrival two years ago.
