She has always been thoughtful, and informative. I always left her office realizing that I had received the best possible care. She is very kind, and good at what she does.

My visit with Dr Killian was to establish a care provider. I will be seeing Dr Killian on [ ] which at that time we will go over my lab work so far I think she's an excellent care provider.

Throughout [ ] relationship with Ms Killian even calling us after hours from her home to make sure we were alright and that someone from Renown responded to our phone call and email. She has always been prepared and knowledgeable about my condition and needs. I do not want another Primary Provider as I have great confidence in her.

Some questions didn’t apply cause I get RX at VA also. Jillian is excellent doctor I have high trust in her and like her very much, if this eval is used to help decide her getting raise or bonus I highly recommend her for Big raise or bonus, she’s very easy to talk to I feel totally listened to and understood.

My provider listen to my concerns and ordered further evaluations. We had discussions about my health that explained clearly and concisely. She gave me options and respected my decisions. She followed up with me regarding my [ ] late in the evening and early the next morning. Pretty amazing for how busy she is. Highly respect her.

Yes, Ms. Killian shows a unique balance of knowledge, empathy, and communication that is highly appreciated. She took the time to review my chart and remind me of care plans we had previously discussed, and educated me on her decision making process so I could fully understand my conditions and her approach to understanding and treating them with the best practices in mind.
