I am out of town so I did a virtual call with PA, Rachael Kelly. I was extremely impressed with her preparedness for our discussion. She was aware of my medical background and how it related to my current issues. Rachael addressed each of my concerns and together we came up with a plan for resolution. She deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.
