Your staff! They are all friendly and treat the patient perfectly from check in and check out. I saw Rachael for my yearly check up in lieu of a physical and she was prepared and didn’t rush through the appointment.

Medical team is highly proficient and almost all are compassionate. Rachael (PA) is very knowledgeable and eager to share medical information. She is highly compassionate, gentle and cheerful! She may even have sacrificed her personal time at the end of the day to treat my open wound. She VERY carefully debrided the gauze pad that had become painfully stuck to my bleeding wound. (I'd placed it there in a hurry to stop the bleeding.) Office staff are efficient and caring. "Jennifer" (scheduling) was committed to finding a cancellation so I wouldn't have to wait all weekend with a two-inch open wound that could likely fester if I'd had to wait for an appointment the following week.
