When you walk in the office staff is very welcoming and helpful. The medical assistant takes you into the room and she asks you how you are doing and gathers information. She is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Kimberly Coggins is great. She answers all your questions and is very thorough. When you go to check out the lady is very helpful and helps you set up your next appointment. It is a great office. I would highly recommend this office for all your health care needs.

PA-C Coggins is a most excellent healthcare provider. The nursing and office staff are superior. The location is excellent and the office appearance is top notch. I'm not a big fan of healthcare situations but Baptist Durbin Park Primary Care is as good an experience with great results as can be had anywhere.

The staff they are amazing when you have an appointment you hardly ever have to wait, which is another thing. That’s wonderful. Your appointment at two you see the doctor at two, which is how it really should be. The office cleanliness is stellar and they’re always kind and spot on and they’re very caring and take care of you and they listen.
