The Staff is very friendly and I have a good relationship with my doctor (Dr; Harrison). Even though Baptist has opened new Primary Card Offices closer to my home, I'll continue to use the Nocate office as my primary.

Everything. For starters I’m able to get appointments that work for me. Next are the people. The office staff is excellent as are the nurses, PA’s and doctors. Everyone listens to you so back and forth communications comes easy. I’ve been going there since they opened and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Thanks to all for taking such good care of me.

Convenience. It’s close to my home, there is an in-house lab when tests are needed and as for the professional staff, Dr. Joshua Harrison, Florence (his nurse), his PA and all staff are efficient, knowledgeable, personable and always make me feel in capable and caring hands. I feel very fortunate to have this caliber of care in today’s world.

The staff is welcoming. Dr. Harrison goes over my health concerns and we decide on a plan. He is calm, thoughtful and listens. Requests for med renewal or referrals are handled efficiently. Very happy to have him as my doctor.
