The office and medical treatment is very professional. Appointments are kept on time and very thorough. Referrals are made if needed and follow-ups. Doctors and nurses listen to your concerns and records are available for diagnosis.

First, the professionalism of the Doctors and the staff. I live outside St Augustine, so the Nocatee location is very convenient for me. Support staff is very accommodating. The office is clean and welcoming.

I have been a patient at Baptist Primary Care for a couple of years (ever since my former fantastic PCP moved to Alaska (sob)). I have received superb service, compassionate care, and reliable communications from the office during that time and would recommend their office, location, and care givers highly. I am also a very senior citizen who lives in Nocatee and greatly appreciates the ease of access to their office and adjacent medical labs. I also value My Baptist Chart website which not only facilitates online communication, but also allows coordination with my many and varied other medical facilities and specialists. The staff and services are awesome, reliable, and responsive. I highly recommend!
