I was seen quickly when I injured my back in a fall. The medical check-up was thorough and the x-rays were quickly accomplished. When the first pain medication prescribed was ineffective the doctor prescribed a second which has been effective. I'm getting better slowly, but that's just one of the joys of old age...just kidding!

Large waiting room, but usually have a short time to wait. The check-in staff is attentive and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient in getting you ready to see your Dr., PA, etc. It is a pleasant experience. Glad to have your Facility in Nocatee close to my home.

Dr. [last name]’s office is very calm and you can feel that every person working there is Kind, Compassionate and truly Welcoming. Dr. [last name] Himself is SOO Amazing!!!! He never rushes you and Always Listens to All of your Complaints and Concerns, Let’s you ask him Questions and he Always Explains Everything SOO Carefully.He never Rushes you and makes you feel SOO Cared for and about.The P A s are Also SOO Attentive and Caring . I have been a patient there for. 4 years and am planning on staying with them forever. I am SOO Happy with the Care I receive from them!!!!!

Pleasant receptionists both checking in and out. Promptness seeing me at appointment time. Clean facility throughout. I didn’t feel well Friday morning and was given an appointment the same day. I saw A. Lourens APRN. He took his time with me, examined me, explained his diagnosis and ordered two prescriptions for me. It is now two days later and I’m feeling better already. He told me not to hesitate to call if I wasn’t better in 5 days. Much better than going to an emergency care facility in the same office as my regular Dr. ([last name])

Your office is only about a 10 minute drive from our home. Getting an appointment is relatively simple. This last visit was rather short notice because of a sinus problem which occurred suddenly and I was in a lot of pain. I was able to see a health provider the same day. And having a lab and x-ray facility on premises is a huge plus.

Very efficient and kind. Got me in same day with nurse practitioner Andrew Lourens. He was excellent. Encouraged me to go to ER if I continued to have pain. I wouldn’t have gone otherwise. I really appreciate his care.
