Happy that I was as able to get an appointment same day I called. Very short wait to be taken back to exam room and short wait to see APRN Andrew. He checked me over and prescribed proper medication for my condition. Appreciate that we have an office so convenient to Nocatee.

Always on time. Maytee is awesome, efficient and kind. FOH pleasant and great at setting up appointments that allow me to not have to take time off from work. Drs are up to date and aware of my concerns

The medical team was very gentle and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they didn’t push any medical recommendations on me overall a very comfortable and respectful experience.

Your office is only about a 10 minute drive from our home. Getting an appointment is relatively simple. This last visit was rather short notice because of a sinus problem which occurred suddenly and I was in a lot of pain. I was able to see a health provider the same day. And having a lab and x-ray facility on premises is a huge plus.

Very efficient and kind. Got me in same day with nurse practitioner Andrew Lourens. He was excellent. Encouraged me to go to ER if I continued to have pain. I wouldn’t have gone otherwise. I really appreciate his care.
