after a one night stay at MId MIch hospital in Midland just after [DATE] was told to do an after visit followup because of a brain bleed. I called the next business day and given an appointment 4 months out - [DATE], Best they could do after a brain bleed? [DATE] I was called that the doc would be out and the next available date would be in [MONTH]. That's 8 months after my hospital stay. Not sure who the receptionist was but after I explained the situation she put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and set me up with an appointment a few days later on [DATE]. I would tell people that the doc and staff were wonderful when I got there but getting an appointment should be easier.

I’ve never had a doctor who actually went over all my scans from the beginning of the problem. He answered all my questions and he was very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr jones. You put my mind at rest.

Dr Goodrich was able to give me answers as why I have had this pain since [YEAR] and could have surgery now or wait. My decision is to wait until I can not take the pain anymore, I have a high tolerance for pain. I would recommend him to everyone.

The office and Dr. was excellent for my first appointment. Dr. Explaining what my problem was, since 1999. He gave me answers that no one else could give me. I chose not to do surgery now, but if I have pain that I could not live with Dr. said call me and he would get me in for surgery as soon as possible. I love the way he handled my appointment.

Dr. Mark Jone is an excellent Neurosurgeon and I have been recommended him to many people. He did work on my upper back and to this day I have had no problems or discomfort.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. was also kind and knowledgeable. He did listen to me regarding my opinion on not having surgery. It took a little more explanation on my part why not to proceed.

Dr. Goodrich has explained the situation about my back clearly and has shown me the results of my ct and MRI, which no other doctors have taken the time to do! The answer I've always been given is that I have arthritis. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Goodrich!

After my m/c accident I had been in unbearable pain at times I didn’t know how I was going to make it thru each day ! My lumbar spine just worsened day by day ! Dr Goodrich performed my surgery and took most of my pain away ! I can finally start working on putting my life back together. He has been god sent to me ! And the staff helped me thru a very tough and difficult time.I now have hope for my future ! Thanks to dr Goodrich

It took 5 months to get an appointment and I finally called the office 2 months after the referral was made and I had not heard from them. Once I got to see Dr. Goodrich I did like him and agreed with his advice.

My case was a referral from my regular doctor and I was in a queue waiting for an appointment. The process took several months but once I got the call I saw Dr Vollhaber within 2 wks. He understood my condition and indicated we need to try a treatment to determine if it will reduce my leg cramps or possibly eliminate them. I agreed to try the treatment and I am currently waiting for a call from the pain management center to schedule an appointment.
