What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Mark Jones is an excellent surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He is very professional but also very friendly. I like him personally. He has done two surgeries on my back, one in [year] and the other in [year].

Stephanie was very personable and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly go over all test results, questions, and concerns while in her office. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone to family and friends.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Mark Jones as professional and as a person. He is very knowledgeable and explains test, procedures with great bedside manner. I have never felt like a number to him, never felt he was rushed to get though any of my appointments in the past. Excellent surgeon that I would highly recommend.

Dr Vollhaber was very caring and a good listener. He explained the procedure he recommended very well. The surgery was successful and, I am for the most part, pain free and a lot less uncomfortable than before.

... that he is great at surgery and explains complex issues well but getting a call from his staff or his "on time" appointment success are not as good. I've waited weeks for a call back re surgery scheduling ...

I've had only 1 appointment, but so far, I'm not impressed. He cut me off while I was talking about my symptoms, he did not go over all of the finding of my MRI, and he spent less than 10 minutes talking to me. I spent more time in the waiting room than he spent with me. I waited months for this appointment and I feel let down.

Excellent surgeon. Had 30% chance of walking after accident. I have no neurological deficit and have walked since post op day 2. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable about what he does and he explains things very well. Only problem is is that he at least for the first appointment I had was an hour and 15 minutes late from my 10:30 appointment. I saw him at 11:45. Other than that, I consider him to be an excellent doctor.

I would say Dr Jones is caring and explains everything in great detail in a manner that is easy to understand. He has compassion, and I never feel rushed during my visit.
