Dr Vollhaber was very thorough regarding my current issues and health conditions as well as what needs to be done during my upcoming surgery .The staff was also very thorough following my recent lab work as well and that shows empathy and support for my overall well being both physically and mentally .

I would recommend Dr. Mark Jones to someone that I know that would need his service. Downfall is it definitely does take a long time to get in to make your first appointment and it is a long wait to have surgery. When ever I needed to call the office, the phone does not get answered. You have to leave a message and usually they call you back within a couple days.

Dr. Jones spent a good amount of time diagnosing my issues and explaining what he would do to help alleviate my pain. He contacted another Dr. to get me into his office for further testing.

Dr Vollhaber is an exceptional surgeon. Always explained everything in detail and in laymen terms s well as gave options to choose from. I knew what to expect and he always answered any questions I had.

He is very knowledgeable but doesn’t have a good friendly manner. I waited in the office over one hour past my appointment time. He was taking care of another patient but never said I’m sorry when he came in. Kind of arrogant. Nurse was wonderful

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. I trust Dr. Jones. The issues Dr. Jones has is in his office. When I call to make an appointment, I have to leave a message and sometimes I won't get a return call for two or more days, or I have to call back and leave another message to get a returned call. I needed to get surgery scheduled, and it took his office 3 months to make that appointment, despite the many calls that I made to have someone call me back (which never happened). Once the appt. did get made, it was another 2 months for surgery. I don't feel that that is acceptable, especially when a patient is left hanging with no explanation as to why it is taking so long. I would be leery to recommend this office purely because of his staff.

It took 4 months to get into see Dr Jones. He was very caring and explained my issues. I waited 1.5 hours to see him. Had an 11;00 appointment and saw him at 12:30. Still waiting to see what I need to do about my issues and a follow up EMG. Hopefully the office will contact me,

It took a longer than expected time to get an appointment with Dr. Jones and on the day of the appointment we had to wait quite a while before he came into the examining room. However, after he did come in, he is exceptionally friendly professional and personable, and he gave me as thorough of a physical exam as I have had from any doctor in the past several years. I rate him very highly. The scheduling of the appointment was the only real problem.
