Dr Goodrich was thorough and explained everything so I understood my condition. He was caring and listened to me. I have all the confidence in his abilities. I am so sorry he is leaving. There needs to be more caring doctors like him. I wish him the best, but will truly miss him and his kindness!

Dr. Goodrich is excellent! But the office staff and on call providers lack communication skills and didn’t help me. Dr. Goodrich wanted to see me for a follow up and he said he wanted it within the time frame he wanted but the schedulers didn’t schedule me within that time frame and wouldn’t even though Dr Goodrich told me to tell them he said to. Also, when I needed a refill and Dr Goodrich was out, the on call provider refused to give me one. It is a medication that cannot be stopped abruptly. Fortunately, Dr Goodrich refilled it a few days later. However, I had to cold Turkey go without it until then. I feel the other staff and providers were harming my health and did not care.

Dr. Goodrich I found to be a very arrogant man who had no patience for an old lady with a spine he decided was healthy “FOR MY AGE.” I found his body language to be aggressive or at best assertive. Too assertive if that is the case. I feel that he attacked me right away for even being there to consult about possible surgery. I did not demand a surgery nor did I demand to see this person. I was advised by my very trusted doctor and that is the only reason I went to see this person.

I am apparently a difficult case to assess. Dr. Goodrich is frustrated over the fact of my continued pain. I am very impressed on how determined he is to find the cause but I feel depressed that he is taking his unsuccessful efforts so personally. His empathy is A-one and his determination is admiral.

Very thorough! Explained in ways I could understand. Conscientious. Very nice staff members. So far I would recommend them, but I have only been there once so will be able to say more after surgery. I donot foresee any different opinions. I trust him right from the start.

Dr Goodrich helped me beyond words ! When I first met the dr I was totally incapacitated I was in more pain than I ever thought was imaginable. Although I still have some residual issues that are improving daily they are minor . If it weren’t for the dr I couldn’t have went and functioned So as far as I’m concerned he literally saved me from a life of pain, suffering and depression I was in dire straits for sure! Thanks Dr Goodrich 👍

As I have about an hour drive to get to his office, I appreciate that I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes after checking in to get brought to the examining room. The doctor and staff have always been friendly.

I was satisfied with the time it took to be seen for my first appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Doctor Goodrich was easy to talk to and supportive of figuring out how to proceed in figuring out the best treatments. Really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and was not pushing surgery.

I’ve been seen by Dr. Schmidt twice and both times instead of fixing the problem he referred me to the pain clinic. I have 4 bulging disc in my back and a pinched nerve. Sciatica and my left foot is numb. Very disappointing. His nurse is great though.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions in language that I could understand.. The doctor also asked me three times if I had any other questions for him which I appreciated a very good visit.
