Dr. Jones was friendly, to the point, encouraging, explained and answered questions. I expect to have further contact/treatment and am confident he will do what he can to help me improve my health concerns.

Dr Goodrich ordered some xrays @ West Branch MyMichigan.
When I saw him in Midland MyMichigan, he took time to show me the Xrays, explain my situation, and why surgery was unnecessary.

Not the greatest. She canceled a [age] yr olds apt and couldn’t get her back in for 3 weeks. This caused a lot of stress. This caused her to wear her neck brace in an additional 4 weeks after having worn it for 4 months. I begged her staff to get her in sooner, they said they would talk to her and call back and they never did.

Dr Goodrich is an excellent doctor, but more than that. He truthfully cares for his patients. He listens and explains things in a way that patients can easily understand. I owe my painless life to him.

I could not get someone to call me back. I had to go into the building to the scheduling desk to get an appointment and even then they told me that I needed a referral, which I did not need. Very frustrating

Dr. Volhaber answered all my questions I had , even the ones that weren’t about today’s visit. He was patient with me and even my [age] year old son I brought with me , he was kind and friendly and not once did he seem in a rush. He showed and explained my scans to me. He is knowledgeable and kind, I left feeling good and confident.

Stephanie is fantastic and clearly explained my situation, though phone calls to the office were unhelpful and certain staff I spoke with on the phone weren’t very courteous.

I would highly recommend Dr Vollhaber to anyone who needs his services. I would say I had the best care from his staff and the hospital, everyone was very helpful, friendly and caring.

Dr Vollhaber is a wonderful doctor He is down to earth and east to understand. He never rushed you and always answers your questions. I would definitely recommend him. However, when you call his office for an appointment no one ever answers the telephone. You always have to leave a message and they will supposedly call you back within 48 hours. But, there was a time in [Month] when I was in terrible sciatic pain and needed to be seen and my call was never returned. Luckily I was able to get into my pain management doctor for pain injections. I think this situation really needs to be addressed. I don't understand why they don't have a person who just answers the phone to schedule appointments.

I have told them I was very pleased. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and understanding. I thought that Dr. was excellent. He reviewed everything. Explained what my options were and gave me his recommendations. I was very, very happy with him. I haven't had a Dr genuinely show he cared like he did.

It takes time to get in and become a patient but it's worth the wait. Dr Vollhaber is thorough, kind and respectful. He listens and answers all your questions and thoroughly explains what his plan is for you and what you can expect. He is professional and attentive. His staff are also kind and respectful and attentive and professional. I am happy to be a patient at this facility.

Dr. Jones was able to relieve my nerve pain by performing a bilateral laminecomy of the L3, L4, and L5. He spent a good amount of time during m first visit, questioning me about my pain and location. He showed me my MRI and explained what was going on in my back and what needed to be done to relieve my pain.
