I would highly recommend and refer family and friends to Dr. MacFalda. He is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and concerned about my health situation. He is very personable and takes the time to treat me and my health situation and doesn’t treat me like a number.

Very happy with Ashley, she takes the time to explain things and answer ALL of my questions, which I have plenty. Never a rush or do I have the feeling that I have not been given the time to ask a question.

My experience was excellent with this provider. Her communication skills are excellent, and I felt that she really listened to what I had to ask and say and knew what my medical history was.

Everything was great except they did not upload the Clinical Notes of my visit to My Michigan Health portal. When I asked about it, I was told no one knew how to do it. For the sake of relatives with similar issues, it would be good to access that data.
