I have always had great experiences with Dr Macfalda and his staff. I am happy to be dealing with him again after receiving the specialized care that he referred me to 3 years ago. It ultimately led to an end to my seizures

Dr. Cormier has been wonderful in getting my migraines under control. I have had them all my life and this is the first time that they have really been under control this good and with no side affects. Also Heather in the office is very professional when she calls me each month to refill my prescription.

Initial contact was by Telehealth (zoom). My first experience with zoom. I had very good help with zoom on my end. I was not impressed. The reason for the appointment with Dr. MacFalda was for prescription coverage since my local (Alpena) doctor closed his practice. When it became necessary to have another appointment to continue the prescription availability, my wife and I were extremely pleased to be able to schedule it in Alpena to avoid the all day trip to Midland. We were MUCH more impressed with the in person visit. My wife is an [OCCUPATION] and I have her accompany me on my appointments to explain to me the tech jargon later to me. We also do an evaluation of the service, post visit. Dr. MacFalda got our highest rating following our in person session. We connected! Not so with the tele-health visit. Tele-health may work well for some visits and for some individuals, but I would be cautious in recommending it as a universal solution. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Macfalda to others

Dr Nardone is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We would love to recognize Ray for his care when we came to my appointment and my blood pressure was too high for the procedure, he took me down to emergency and two days later when I returned for another appointment he took the time to come to the waiting room to check on me

Dr. Pinkard is a shining example of what a doctor should be. She is present, listens and wants to understand what the patient is experiencing. I believe she does all she can to then help patients with complex neurological issues. She was a Godsend.
