Dr. Nardone is the best neurologist I have had. During the visits, I have felt relaxed to talk about what is concerning me. She is a wonderful doctor and well trained.

I have already told them that I really like Dr. Nardone because she concise and goes fast but doesn’t rush ya out the door. She’s knowledgeable. The only thing that was missing was just a skoche mor detail. But I definitely have been telling anyone up in this area that she is fantastic!

The efficiency of the office is one of the best as I deal with 14 docs & sit & wait a lot. Other than that I have great respect for Dr.Nardones consideration, she’s a good one 😏

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doctor Nardone's explanation and direction of using the sumatriptan was enlightening, and I am very grateful for her discussing this with me. Also, I am grateful that she is giving me some time to see if my headaches improve or change since having my eye surgeries, before going forward with MRI.

The wait time to get future test done, that will pin point what the medical issue is 3 months is along time to wait.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the office the staff was respectful and courteous. It was a nice change of atmosphere compared to the past few times I've been to the office. Dr Nardone is a great Dr and her staff should always reflect that. This visit reflected that.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Nardone was 45 minutes late and couldn’t listen to my symptoms due to her having to type every word that I said. She only addressed one of my issues and claimed she doesn’t treat other neurological issues that I’m having. When it came to doing the physical examination she looked at me for less than 2 minutes. I was referred to her and told by multiple other doctors that I’m seeing to bring my issues up to my neurologist and she acted like I should know that she doesn’t treat these issues. While waiting for her to come into the room I could hear someone talking bad about patients to what I assume was other coworkers. For example: “how can this person be that dumb”, “ugh, old people”, “I don’t understand how people can be this stupid” It ended up being the same voice as Dr. Nardone. Completely unprofessional. From the way my appointment went with her I have a feeling she complained to her coworkers about me when I left. I was very uncomfortable during my visit with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Listen to your patients when they are talking and don’t interrupt. I have been told by other doctors I have been seeing that I need to see a neurologist to treat the symptoms I’m having. A quick google search also tells me That I need to see a neurologist to diagnose and treat. Summarize what you are typing as your patients are talking, you don’t have to quote me word for word. Don’t talk badly and loudly with a major attitude about your patients to your coworkers. Your other patients waiting for you in the rooms can hear you. To be clear the problem is Dr. Nardone. I had no issues with the staff

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not asking the patient to show up 15 mins prior to the appointment time of 9:00am , then coming in the exam room at 9:25 to see me for my appointment. I was a new patient visit so I’m sure she had to review my chart but it would not have taken 25 mins.. and if so she should have reviewed things in ample enough time before my appointment time. I took time off work and the roads were horrible I drove 45 minutes to see her . I just feel she needs to improve her time management skills. I couldn’t get away with that in my profession, my time is valuable as well.
