Dr Huang is very knowledgeable and a good listener. However she is extremely difficult to get any appointments with. She told her staff to set me up for a recheck in 3 months and when she left the staff said the soonest appointment she has is in seven months. That’s a big disconnect. Does she not realize it is impossible for her patients to get an appointment in three months? I cannot imagine what I would do if I had a flare up and needed to see her urgently.

The nursing staff and Leann are amazing. The front entry staff need some assistance. Every time I have gone into her office there has not been a receptionist. Then when someone does show up they seem annoyed to check you in or to busy to assist you.

I have been so fortunate to have Dr. Ofori-Darko for my gastroenterologist for 30+ years. He knows me inside out and top to bottom. He has the very best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever seen(or heard of). He is my(and my husband’s)absolutely favorite Doctor. We love him! We dread the day he retires. I don’t think you can get better care than you do from this wonderful, caring man! If I could I would rate him with 1,000 stars! He’s just the best!

Dr. Ofori-Darko has been my Doctor for30+ years. He has the very best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever seen(and I have seen a lot, across the US!). He is my(and my husband’s)absolute favorite Doctor and we will be lost when he retires! We will never be able to replace him. You could not be in better hands with him.

Dr Huang listens to her patients and works with them to achieve their health goals. She is the best gastroenterologist in the MidMichigan area.

Dr Holtz was great at taking the time to listen and formulate a plan forward. I will really miss having him as a provider because he always treated me with respect and always knew my history coming into the exam. I pray he has a wonderful relaxing retirement and wish him and his family the very best!!

I have been to many Gastroenterologists before and Dr. Holtz is the one that helped get me out of a 5 year flare. His staff is amazing as well. Melissa is a great advocate for the patients.

I love Dr. Murphy as a physician. I’m lucky to have her on my healthcare team. The office, however, is much too busy. You don’t always get a call back when you leave a message for the nursing staff, and it’s impossible to get a timely appointment.

Due to the fact the office is EXTREMELY busy and I had a difficult time reaching a human, then leaving a message with no return calls (very frustrating), I would still recommend Dr. Murphy. They are very under staffed and need more help, that's not the staff or Dr's problem, that's the medical field currently everywhere. Hopefully it gets resolved.

She doesn't give up. My stomach issues are a real challenge. She has ordered tests, including an endoscopy, to try to find a cause for my discomfort. Also, different medications. She is very thorough and trying her best. I have a lot of respect for her.
