What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My experience has always been good. But I need labs once a year and I don't receive a call with results and this past year 2024 the lab apparently missed some test and no one knew that until the day before my following yearly appointment. I don't like that. If I am asked to get labs and I do that, I expect a results review within a certain timeframe.

It took a long time to get an initial appointment. I had to call several times over four months to get in It took five or six months to get an initial visit

Brittany was able to address concerns that I've had and questioned other medical advisors about for quite a long time. She immediately provided answers and reassurances that I had no need to worry as I had been. What a relief. She said if I had further concerns just call and make an appointment. It was great to go home without those worries on my mind. Also, thank you to the other staff members for being supportive and kind.

It took me a year to get an appointment after my primary referral was sent. But once I had my first visit all of the staff has been great!

Getting someone from the office or nursing staff to answer a question or respond in a timely manner is like pulling teeth. I was supposed to see my doctor months ago but she kept rescheduling and pushing it out.
