Excellent office. Wendy the nurse taking me to get ready for Dr. Murphy is an Excellent nurse. She has a good personality.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Rely on Dr. Murphy to make sure that my other doctors are doing what they should. In the past she has caught medication that was not compatible. Always listens and I trust what she has to say to me.

Dr. Murphy is wonderful! My only issue was that I waited an hour for my appointment this time. No explanation was given for the delay. This was not the case the last time I was there-1 year ago.

She is a very conscientious and considerate doctor. It’s sometimes hard to get an appointment but that’s no one’s fault. There is a lot of demand.

Dr. Murphyis thorough and professional. She takes the time to listen and gives excellent care. She diagnosed lymphoma via colonoscopy, when other providers didn't take my complaints seriously.

She seems Tobe the only Doctor trying to find out what's wrong with me. I have cramping of the feet, legs and hands and for almost 14 years, nobody is trying very hard to find out why.

Dr Murphy was kind and thorough. She was concerned about symptoms I shared that she said were not related to Gerd but needed timely follow up and send a note to my PC about that.

More care providers so follow up can be done in a timely manner.

It was a good experience. My only issue is follow up. I can leave messages for the nurse and not get a response. This has happened more than once. The only thing stopping me from recommending Dr Murphy is that.

I waited 7 months for an appointment to be referred to another expert. If they could have came in earlier I could have seen someone earlier. Then my paperwork for the referral was submitted incorrectly causing additional waiting.

Not having to wait as long to see someone to discuss my issues with.
