What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Huang is very knowledgeable and a good listener. However she is extremely difficult to get any appointments with. She told her staff to set me up for a recheck in 3 months and when she left the staff said the soonest appointment she has is in seven months. That’s a big disconnect. Does she not realize it is impossible for her patients to get an appointment in three months? I cannot imagine what I would do if I had a flare up and needed to see her urgently.

Dr. Huang is exceptional, she thoroughly explained my diagnosis and the next steps needed for treatment. She is easy to talk to and very professional. I feel that she has my best interest in mind in taking care of my situation. I understand she is very busy and in demand, but she gave me all the time needed to get answers to my questions. Thank you.

Always pleasant. Dr. Haung is caring and straightforward. Answers all questions and is very respectful. I have always been happy with my care. Great office staff as well.

I really like My doctor but unfortunately they are short staffed and it took me 7 months to get an appointment… and I’m not alone from talking with other patients.. I should not have to use the ER as a dr office when I’m having problems

This is one of the best practices in the Tri-Cities. They are often scheduling five to seven months out. This can be disappointing, but it's worth the wait.

She seems to know her stuff and the staff is very friendly. But they're booked 7 months out, and because of mid Michigan and the insurance issues, the staff is unable to do their jobs efficiently. It looks really bad on them but I understand it's NOT their fault. I think I spoke to one very transparent nurse because they were extremely frustrated,but otherwise, they try to keep this stuff quiet, and it makes them look at fault.
