Dr. Rivard does an excellent job taking care of my medical needs. She is friendly and helpful in handling my appointments in a timely manner. I feel very comfortable taking with her about my health issues and she has a positive attitude. I would encourage anyone to choose her when looking for a doctor, and have many times when people have inquired on social media when looking for a doctor.

Nurse Michelle and Miss Rachel provide excellent care. They have wonderful rapport, listen carefully and address all concerns during my visits and after. I would highly recommend to anyone asking.

Every time I go in the people at the front desk are very very nice. Always seem to help. Rodney is phenomenal. Great PA all the nurses. And even if the phlebotomist that takes your blood really good people very friendly always positive. Rodney has the ultimate care for his patience, informing you always trying to find out the best for the patient which of course is me in this case top-notch place

It was a great experience from a professional staff. However, the billing process is substandard and incomplete when Tricare was not billed for my copay.

I would recommend any one of my family members, friends, or anyone else who is in need of an excellent medical doctor to Dr. Werth. She has been my PCP for 10 years now (since 2016) and, in my opinion, she’s one of the best doctors in the state of Michigan. Also, she has a very good support team, which includes an excellent physician’s assistant, very good nurse assistants, and other great staff. Her office always contacts me to inform me of any lab or other procedure results, prescriptions, referrals, and/or any other recommendations when needed. I am very grateful to have Dr. Werth as my PCP, in addition to her excellent team of assistants in her office.
