Ms Rivard is always pleasant. She listens and takes my concerns seriously. The office is nice and organized, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate being able to be a patient. I also like the online sign in ahead of my appointments. Saves time.

Great doctor - nearly impossible to see for routine illness issues, communication through the portal is a waste of time, since a nurse/MA will jerk you around and you still have to go to an urgent care

Cari ordered a cream based medication for my poison sumac rash to replace the ointment based medication which we figure I'm allergic to, and explained that another dose of prednisone so close to the original and extended versions would be harmful. I was also taking Benadryl for the rash. The cream started working right away for which I'm so thankful. Cari's the Best!!

Rachael is great! She always makes me feel comfortable and she takes time to listen to my concerns and explain things thoroughly. I never feel rushed or unimportant. I have no complaints and would highly recommend her.

I only have great things to say about Family Medical and Amber Rivard and her staff. In particular, Amber is exceptional as far as remembering all the pieces of my health and my different medications and test results and tying them all together. She is top-notch and I am so blessed that she is my GP.
