Very respectful, professional and listens thoroughly to my input, especially when I am most vulnerable. She works diligently with insurance company to get prior approvals with other specialists or tests. A positive disposition. Knowledgeable.

Jess and her MSS were super friendly and easy to talk to. They listened and addressed my concerns. I would recommend.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Typically very respectfully and responsive to my inquiries. Only had one appointment that had to be changed by the provider, otherwise, all other appointments were kept. One main difficulty is not due to this office but rather the extraordinary length of time it takes to get referrals responded to from other specialists such as Orthodonists or ENT. The provider has been very diligent is seeking prior insurance approvals for needed tests such as MRI, etc. For this I am very grateful. My one hesitancy may also be due to the insurance company, however, with my medical history (spinal fusion and nerve damage), I am finding it difficult to get pain medicines or get on a pain medication regiment. We are working on, but it does not seem to really help. However, I am hopeful.

Dr Mortens actually listens and cares without just trying to rush me out of the office or acting like I am exaggerating my issues.

She always has us informed us and listened to our concerns. Explained everything about testing results. Also the best way to move forward with what is going on with our health.

D. Mortens seems to be interested in what you have to say. When I told him that I didn't do vaccinations he didn't try to push them on me, which I found very refreshing. When I said that I would like to try to quit smoking he readily wrote me a prescription for that medication. I also appreciated that he didn't try to shame me about being overweight. To sum it up, D. Mortens listens to his patients and I'm thankful that I am one of his patients.

Jessica was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to others . my regular PCP was not available for a couple weeks and I got in to see Jessica in a day. She was great and I appreciated her quick assessing of everything and handling my concerns.

Amber Rivard does a great job at addressing your concerns and needs. She is very kind and has a very calm demeanor which makes you feel comfortable and helps to ease anxiety. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends 😄.

My one concern was that I believed Dr Gallagher was a PCP who followed up on each test ordered. His office did not follow up with me on either colonoscopy that I received this year
