My appointment was needed to follow up on a bug bite I had gotten earlier in the week. I had visited an urgicare facility in Traverse City and was told if the area expanded beyond the highlighted area made by that provider, to see my doctor in Alpena. I was able to get in to see Dr. Mortens first thing last Friday and he followed up by prescribing another antibotic. I'm on the mend so believe he prescribed the correct medication. I'm pleased with the ability to get into the clinic so soon with the weekend coming up.

I believe Dr. Werth does her very best. Unfortunately there are too many patients that need care and doctors are overwhelmed. I feel she does the best she can.

My doctor is friendly try professional always keeping her patient in mind. At the wellness visit she answered my questions and gave me ideas on how better to make positive changes in my health. Appreciate her input and her openness. Glad she has done open times as well

Cari Stenz is a fantastic provider and the backbone of my medical team. I also see a neurologist, and had an emergency, she follows up on notes from other providers. She never makes me feel rushed, she is always understanding, and she is kind.

Dr Matheny was kind and accommodating at my visits. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Dr Matteny also works with my neurologist keeping each other updated on any pertinent information.
