He is patient and answers questions. He is knowledgeable and honest if unsure. He is polite and works well with the elderly.

Overall, it was good. The only bad thing I would have to say is that my voicemail messages were not responded to me in a timely manner. I had to follow up after 2.5 hours had passed.

I really appreciate being seen immediately if I have an infection. The staff is always attentive & listens to my concerns. Dr Gallagher is knowledgeable about my prior medical history & considers options before making a recommendation. He answers my questions logically with clear explanations
