Barbara is a very caring person, thus a confidence builder to be able to be her patient. I told her I felt like a “lottery winner” just seeing she was in the office for my last appointment. She listens and cares.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The office is busy, but with multiple providers, you can usually get in to see one of them. Worry about what will happen after Barb retires. Lab is bad, with 20 to 30 days wait for results. That is 3 to 4 weeks. THAT IS BAD AND WAY TOO LONG.

Great clinician! Easy to talk to and discuss my shoulder pain. Discussed treatment plan and next steps if therapy does not relieve the pain.

I came very close to changing providers because I simply had an extremely difficult time reaching someone at the office. Called on a Tuesday about 11:00 AM, stayed on hold to talk with someone but after 20 minutes was pushed to voicemail, frustrating in that if you aren't going to answer the phone why make me wait 20 minutes before simply pushing to voicemail. Message said they would get back in 24 hours. No call back on Wednesday, went through the same situation on Thursday morning, pushed to voicemail after 20 minutes, no call back on Thursday and Friday apparently the office is closed. Finally got a call back on Monday, 6 days after initial call. You have a real problem with phone service and call back is not prompt. It is a problem, if the office is too busy to return calls, might I suggest some additional staff, if too busy to answer the phone, frankly I find that a problem with the office.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Why make someone stay on hold and them simply push to voicemail, very frustrating, and not receiving a call back for 6 days is a problem.

Both the day and time of my initial appointment were changed. I got a confirmation, but hadn’t noticed that it was scheduled for a different day. It would’ve been helpful if the reminder had specified that the date had been changed.
