Lab draw was horrible, they could not draw her labs and poked her and hurt her for nothing. Then they suggested going to another lab. Wow, great care somewhere else?

Angela is amazing! I can never reach anyone in the office no matter how many times I call. I send messages via the app and leave voicemail messages and it takes days to hear back. I the past two times I was unable to request an appointment via the my mid Michigan health portal. Which is frustrating consider that I can't seem to reach anyone in the office when I call it message.
