Melissa is caring, friendly, attentive, considerate, & generally awesome! She listens! She gives logical advice with reasons. Check-in nurse Susanna was friendly, attentive, efficient. My initial appt was a long time out from when I called,but that was fine because I had just seen my previous PCP, but she was retiring. I had good recommendations for Melissa & I’m very glad I followed them!

Freeland Family Clinic is excellent. Melissa and her nurse Susannah ALWAYS go above and beyond . Their interest in me as a patient and as a person is genuine. Their patience with me exemplary. Follow calls on test results is expedient. They are two of the infect people I know.

She is so lovely. Changing to a new provider this year was a hard choice for me. And I am so glad that I did it. I wish I’d have found Melissa years ago. She listens, she asks all the right questions. She makes me feel comfortable, she makes me feel like being her patient is important to her, she makes me feel like she loves her job. I’d tell everyone my experience with her is one that has restored my faith in medical professionals.

Melissa is awesome and remembers everything as she always follows up to make sure past issues have resolved! Best Provider that I’ve ever had! Melissa’s nurse (drawing a blank on her name…) is very involved and caring! Melissa and her staff are thorough! I’m very happy with the care I’ve received!

I am new to Melissa. I had been with my previous provider for 16+years and I wasn't happy. I stayed simply because I had been there so long. Our daughter highly recommended Melissas office and raved of her care. So I made a leap of faith! After meeting her I knew I had made a great choice. I wish I would have not changed physicians a long time ago instead of waiting. It’s been so long since I have felt like I was being heard and cared about by my primary physician. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s saved my faith in our medical system. She is a genuine example that it only takes one person to make a difference.

We love seeing Melissa. She is always friendly and personable. My children love her. I appreciate how she interacts with them and works with the parent to come up with any plan needed for their health concerns

Melissa is a caring provider, she listens and provides me with the care I need. She doesn’t feel rushed or in a hurry to leave the room. She is easy to talk to and I feel comfortable asking her any questions.

I got my mother to become a patient. I've had type 1 diabetes for 38 years and have had DOZENS of medical professionals, Melissa has been my favorite. She's easy to talk to and doesn't treat me like a NUMBER. I would recommend her to everyone I know
