I really like Melissa. The only downside is it is difficult to get an appointment and the last few years, my scheduled routine checkup has been cancelled and rescheduled for usually a 3-4 week delay. That is frustrating. Byt the care and compassion she gives is excellent.

Dr. Murtha & Susan are very nice and always helpful. I always feel that they listen and understand when I’m not feeling good, and help me get better. They make me feel like a person and not a number.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Murtha is a wonderful doctor! She really listens and is very caring. She is thorough with my test results and medication. She explains everything and answers all my questions and concerns. My previous doctor retired and I am so glad I was able to find a doctor that I liked. Staff is great too!!

Melissa listened to all my questions and concerns and was very thorough. She was attentive and I did not feel rushed. Love that she has a sense of humor. My appointment was on time and the staff was very friendly.

I have really enjoyed my experiences with Melissa Mutha. She takes the time to get to know you and listens to concerns and she provides more than one option for treatment. I am very happy I made a switch to her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She's the best doctor I've ever had she listens, she cares, she is worth driving n hr. For... the one thing I think can change is when test results come in I think they need to call the patient to let them know about the results cuz not everyone understands their results n they way they send them makes u think one thing n sometimes it's really not that way so I think them calling n asking if we understand our test results would be good... I had to send a message for then to call me cuz I wasn't understanding some of my results which is ok but I think they need to call when they have the time to do it... other then that everything is awesome.. I love everyone there their so nice, respectful n they make u feel comfortable... keep up the great work everyone...
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Well the could call with patients results... entered info on the wring box..
