The service provided is excellent. However, when it comes to the automated system, it asked way too many questions over communicates and is incessant and it’s attempt to provide information in my opinion and no reflection on the provider the electronic system goes way. Overboard is unnecessary and quite annoying

Melissa is amazing! She has been the PA for my entire family and extended family in Freeland for years. I trust her as my primary caregiver 100%. i’m delighted that I was able to obtain her as my primary care when I was able to get my insurance back.
