Dr. Johnson is great but the last time I was there, the first assistant who was asking me questions was very impersonal. She was reading serious questions about my mental health and didn’t budge with any empathy. She was just reading off the screen and showed no care. I teared up with some answers and she never offered a kleenex or asked if I was ok or seemed to care that I thought about thoughts of hurting myself. I've never experienced that before with others. I felt like a number. Maybe she was having a bad day too.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Once you get past the grumpy nurse who seems like she hates her job and would rather be anywhere else (blank expression, blunt questions, no eye contact or smiles, etc), Kristin is fantastic! I always recommend her! She is attentive to our concerns and very thorough.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Always Very helpful, Always prepared to tell me everything concerning my health. Sometimes I feel that maybe her workload is pretty overwhelming. She handles things Very Well.

I have been seeing Kirstin Johnson for over a year now and she has been very helpful to me. Helping in any way she can. She listens to my concerns and talks about them with me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It’s hit miss with Kristen. I feel she spends the majority of the visit on the computer, not a lot of eye contact or engagement. This last appt i was pleasantly surprised that we accomplished quite a bit and she was on top of things. Kristen does what needs to be done and gets out. Not allot of compassion. On another note, the way the office is currently “decorated” is highly inappropriate. The very scary, bloody, etc decorations are creepy and shouldn’t be in dr office. Not to mention kids coming in.

You will have a long wait. My appt was at 8:45 I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited 45 minutes before she came in.

Very poor! She wouldn’t except me when I was 10 minutes late. I realized it was my fault but how many times do we wait for a Dr . Then I had a virtual on the next appointment and she was 45 minutes Late to the appointment My Time is just a Valuable as hers!!!

Have to make an appointment for in office that could easily been handled by phone call or video. I was told then that she didn’t do shots in office would have to see another doctor

She is the best PCP I have had she takes your care very serious and doesn’t place things on the back burner like other PCPs I have had in the past, she is willing to give you multiple avenues to try and correct any health issues

Provider is nice and knowledgeable the appointment schedulers usually don’t even try to get you in considering your need. once Kristin is booked they don’t care.

Never follows up on any testing results even if the outcome of those tests need urgent care. You must make an appointment to get the test result care you need ,sometimes waiting at least a month to get in. U of M suggested I get another provider when a urgent medical result needed immediately care a month prior.
