She always made me feel comfortable. She usually told me how the medicine would help me and if I had problem taking it we could try something else. We always had a nice visit.

While I do not find her office, particularly her nurse, to be very pleasant and I often dread seeing her come to get me at the door because of this; I greatly enjoy having Kristin for a doctor, which is why I continue to go there and work with her for my healthcare needs. Kristin is an excellent physician, and I truly value the care she provides.

No follow through on my care. In addition I've been referred to a specialist and that Dr wants a study done prior to my appt with them, which PCP has to order. I've been ignored on multiple needs. I'm in healthcare myself so I'm extremely frustrated. My care and health is being affected because of the lack of follow through.
