Kristin is a great medical professional. If you need urgent care it is next door because the office can not handle same day appointments for sudden illness.

Never on time!! Kristin is over booked and over worked! She takes the time needed when talking with you in the exam room, but seems preoccupied with other patients waiting for her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that she's a horrible PA and that she needs to be supervised more. Even the medical staff working at the urgent care agree with me that "she is not a good doctor." She has even laughed right in my face multiple times when I've tried to explain my health issues to her. She does an excellent job at showing how uncaring of a person she truly is. And she doesn't even remember anything about her patient's health. She will ask the same questions repeatedly to you even though the information is right there in the chart for her to see.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I absolutely lovw my doctors office and all the staff. Especially Kristin and Courtney. As someone who has to have a safety plan with my mental health concerns, Courtney has always shown the up most respect towards the sensitive matter and helped me feel seen, believed in and not so alone.

I have always received excellent care from Kristin. She takes time to listen and to answer questions. I really appreciate the relationship that has developed over the years as provider and patient. It is a collaborative effort to ensure my best possible health.

I like Kristin, the only complaint is that when I am put into the exam room, I am usually not seen at my appointment time. Usually, I sit in the exam room for over 1/2 hr before I am seen. I realize she is busy, but my time is important also. But, I really like Kristin.

Can’t get an appointment when needed. Only works part time. Went back to my previous Dr. Can get in right away. With in a couple days. He is sending me for an infusion for osteoperosis . She never mentioned it after reading the results of bone density test.

If I didn't enjoy my experience with Dr. Johnson, I would not go there. Her office staff is very deterring, but thankfully I enjoy my experiences with Dr. Johnson herself to remain with the practice.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was very nervous about talking to a provider about starting an antidepressant medication, thinking that I would be dismissed or told to try other therapies that weren’t realistic for me right now given the state of my mental health. Kristin and the two PA students that she had that day were incredibly supportive and empathetic. They answered any questions that I had and gave realistic suggestions to accompany antidepressant treatment
