The person taking vitals and asking questions regarding depression/anxiety was very rude and inconsiderate. This person was the same way with another family member two visits in a row..

I enjoy Kristen so much that I willingly stick with her as my primary care doctor - even though every single appointment she is extremely lagging behind on time. She is very personable and truly takes time to listen and I value that over being on time. I plan my appointments accordingly for this time factor.

Dr. Johnson is great but the last time I was there, the first assistant who was asking me questions was very impersonal. She was reading serious questions about my mental health and didnāt budge with any empathy. She was just reading off the screen and showed no care. I teared up with some answers and she never offered a kleenex or asked if I was ok or seemed to care that I thought about thoughts of hurting myself. I've never experienced that before with others. I felt like a number. Maybe she was having a bad day too.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Once you get past the grumpy nurse who seems like she hates her job and would rather be anywhere else (blank expression, blunt questions, no eye contact or smiles, etc), Kristin is fantastic! I always recommend her! She is attentive to our concerns and very thorough.

Always Very helpful, Always prepared to tell me everything concerning my health. Sometimes I feel that maybe her workload is pretty overwhelming. She handles things Very Well.

I have been seeing Kirstin Johnson for over a year now and she has been very helpful to me. Helping in any way she can. She listens to my concerns and talks about them with me.

Itās hit miss with Kristen. I feel she spends the majority of the visit on the computer, not a lot of eye contact or engagement. This last appt i was pleasantly surprised that we accomplished quite a bit and she was on top of things. Kristen does what needs to be done and gets out. Not allot of compassion. On another note, the way the office is currently ādecoratedā is highly inappropriate. The very scary, bloody, etc decorations are creepy and shouldnāt be in dr office. Not to mention kids coming in.

You will have a long wait. My appt was at 8:45 I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited 45 minutes before she came in.
