Very good interest on initial visit. Doctor was concerned and interested in reason for visit. Doctor listened to me and accommodated all my concerns. Parking on site could be improved or instructions of where to park if no parking spot is available should be notified to all patients.

The provider’s demeanor felt somewhat reserved and less engaging than expected. I chose this practice based on its location and positive reviews, but the visit felt different from what I anticipated.

He seems to overbook pretty much all the time. The people that work the desk are always pretty rude. Levy… has good days and bad days like everyone… I feel he generally cares but some days I don’tKnow what his problem is. Maybe age is catching up, maybe he is beginning not to care. I can’t speculate but I just feel that I should be seen in a timely manner according to my appointment made. Lastly I had my right ear flushed.. I was begging to have both done.. and they seemed to not care. So I only had one done.

I was disappointed with the last PCP before finding her, I am very happy with her care and grateful that I have her as my PCP, she is excellent and very knowledgeable with a caring attitude.
