Very pleasant and great doctor. She has given me some good care for at least 10 years. Very professional and supportive person. I wasn’t pleased with the administrative process for pre-authorization paperwork and follow up. I feel the hospital should have a dedicated staff for helping people to make sure they get their health needs and medication paperwork completed and responded to in a timely manner. It is very difficult for doctors to see patients and perform a multitude of paperwork that could be completed by other departments.
