I would rate amount of time spent with me as “very good” if Trinity didn’t require its doctors to shoehorn patients into time slots that aren’t long enough. I know that my doctor has no control over that.

I suffer from barometric pressure headaches, which at times have been debilitating. During this visit, I asked Dr. Michelfelder to perform Acupuncture, and I haven’t had a headache since despite the almost daily elevated barometric pressure. I am so grateful to him for sharing his gift with me.

It’s not the doctor’s fault he can’t spend more time with each patient. Trinity ought to stop shoe-horning patients into 20 minute slots. Change the system!

I wish the “system” allowed longer appointments. 20 minutes is hardly adequate. Dr. Michelfelder does an excellent job of managing our appointment time, but it would be great to not have the pressure of time constraints to this extent.
