Should be more considerate of her patients. If she wants to be in an environment where she wants to rush people out of the office she should go work in an Immediate care or ER. Very rude when asked for simple things like a blood panel and when asked about potential side effects with medication she has been no help and said multiple times that she doesn’t know how it would or could effect me.

I had a video visit with this provider that lasted 2-3 minutes. The appt was basically useless and not helpful at all. I felt rushed off the call, and felt like my concerns were not heard or taken seriously.

This visit made me cry she did not want to listen she was very horrible the visit maybe5 7 minutes she mad me feel she didn’t want me there and she told me that I don’t have to come there that I can go somewhere else

The only issues I have is Dr. Heinrich is very soft spoken and speaks very fast.

I like the practice itself, but I would choose a different provider. I felt as though the appointment was rushed. I do not think my son was thoroughly examined. His weight and growth chart was the main point of discussion, but other areas of growth physically, mentally, emotionally, and reproductively weren't addressed I felt.

Dr. Heinrich listened to all my concerns and explained why I was having issues. She sent me for needed tests to assess my issues. She is a caring Dr. she also sent me a message as soon as she got my results. I am satisfied with her care.
