I was there for only a b- 12 injection

On September 11 I went to this location for a doctor appointment. My appointment was at 2. I went in at least 20 mins before . I went to the front desk lady and ask . If she would know how much longer I have . I didn’t give attitude. I guess me asking for her got her agitated. So with attitude she tells me that the doctor is busy . But I was trying to ask her if she can please ask the doctor when she becomes available.but I didn’t get to finish that sentence. Because she rudely interrupted and was still giving me attitude. From there I asked her if she can let me finish my sentence. She then said I interrupted her. From there I started giving her attitude. And we both was going back and forth .After that she called the doctor and told her if she can come to the front because the patient is getting rowdy. The doctor came and asked what’s going on . I told her what’s going on and the lady at front desk that I just had the argument with interrupted yet again and there me and her go again. I told her she needs to learn how to talk to patients. She told me I need to learn that too . The doctor then told me she will see in as soon as the roll becomes clear . I said that’s all I wanted to know thank you and sat down . After that the lady that I got into with kept trying to mean mug me whenever we saw each other . I been going to Loyola medical center since 2014. Within that time I moved so many times and always refused to go to any other medical group . I now live a hour away . And take that commute because I love this medical group. When they had to schedule me to a different location . I said I’ll go they are they same medical group . But that clearly doesn’t matter . Because that lady in the office I went to was super unprofessional . When the nurse checked my blood pressure it’s was 158. She was shocked and had to check it again . Because it’s was high . I told her I was just into with the lady in the front desk . The nurse told me to try to relax because I can have a stroke . So for an employee that works at a doctors office to make someone so upset that they blood pressure go high is just ridiculous! She supposed to professional about it . She supposed calm the situation not make it worse . If she was understanding . Maybe none of this would have happened. She the type to blame everything on someone else then for her to admit she was wrong and apologize. I know I was wrong for getting tired of being disrespected.

None at this time.

If everyone cared for patients like Dr. Hronchic and his there would be no medical fiascos nor mdical suits.

Great doctor and friendly nurses

This provider provide a Caring and pleasant atmosphere. He take the time to answer any questions or concerns i may have had, also is very professional ,and answer any questions, in a way that i can understand what he is talking about. There is never a long wait to see the Dr. The entire staff is very courteous, and Pleasant to the Patients. I would Highly recommend. Anybody to see this Provider.
