I had to wait almost an hour to have my blood drawn, she told me that she called me and I was still waiting for my pneumonia shot. She called to early and then I had to wait she said because she had appointments. If I didn’t say something I would still be sitting there waiting. That is my only complaint because when I got there only one person was ahead of me. Then all of a sudden all these people started coming in.

I very much respect Dr Vavra .. unfortunately, the lab made mistake(s) with my blood work and I had to have a second blood draw a few days later.

Provider as previously stated in the above question is in reference to the doctor. The assistant was pleasant and nice, however, I was so disgusted with the remainder of my “care” I have forgotten her name.
