I originally missed my appointment, because I went to the wrong location! Had to reschedule and was quite upset with my shelf! Within thirty minutes the office called, and fitted me to n later that morning!! They went above and beyond, working me in! Thank you!

It is always a pleasure to have my checkups at this office. Not only does the doctor make you feel like you are the most important pt of the day her office staff are equally as warm and courteous. Not only would I recommend her and her office, I already have to several friends.

dr MATZUMURA , is a rare find doctor in the medical system today! doctors are so rushed and seem overburdened, that you feel you are being processed, not, cared for. i seek doctors like her and dr [ ], both part of lee health, they have excellent staffs, and really care for their patients.

This was my first visit to Dr. Chesoni. From the moment I walked in the office I had a good feeling from the staff. They were friendly and courteous and I got right in. The medical assistants were extremely nice and efficient. When I met Dr. Chesoni, I had a feeling I was in the right place. [ ] had shown a potential problem that concerned me and my ARNP and Dr. Chesoni was well versed and explained everything which gave me a comfortable feeling that we could handle this. We established a plan and I'm very glad I have connected with her and to be able to work with her in my follow up. Check out at the desk again proved friendly and efficient. I am so pleased I was able to get into this office.

Dr Chesoni herself is OUTSTANDING as is her staff. From front desk staff to the nurses everyone at that office has always been such a pleasure at each and every visit. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to my appointments. I’ve struggled personally with my [ ] but I feel supported, educated and just overall better after my appointments. I often speak of how wonderful Dr Chesoni and her staff are to family and friends and would recommend them to anyone!

WOW! Finally a Rheumatologist who Really LISTENS. She was involved, wanted to help my condition, tried to find the problem instead of masking the symptoms. The front desk was Amazing! So helpful and efficient.

Dr. Chesoni and her staff are not only professional, but make you feel like you’re their only patient. I’ve never felt rushed and all my questions are always answered. Even when the Doctor was away, I received answers to my questions from her partners. I would highly recommend this office, and, in fact, I have on several occasions.

Dr Balistreri was very attentive and listened to my description and concerns related to my psoriatic arthritis. I was impressed by her professionalism and consulting concerning my condition. She never seemed rushed or hurried through my appointment. I appreciated her thoughts and suggestions for treatment of my Psa.
Also I was very impressed my blood work results came that afternoon and I received her notes on my visit that evening.
I am new to the area. So pleased I selected care at this facility and Dr. Balistreri.

Dr. Basnyat is exceptional! She includes the patient in their care program and understands and listens to what things are going on in the patient’s daily issues beyond just the [ ]. She engages with the patient as being an individual. I love her.

I was blown away in how quickly my [ ] and her follow up happened. Also I was very impressed with the healthcare environment of Lee County Outpatient Clinic. Not only was the interior beautiful, it was very pleasant, calming and clean. So glad I selected care at this facility.
