I have many things going on in my immediate families health and my doctor took the time to listen to me and was very compassionate and I really appreciate that While taking the time to Go over my blood test results very thorough always checking to see if I have pain anywhere. Dr Matzumura, sits down with you and looks you straight in your eyes and listens and advises you of you how you are doing and if there are any concerns. She is truly amazing! I had a doctor appointment recently and spoke highly of Dr Matzumura. He asked me her name and location so he could refer his patients if needed.

They were all great and courteous starting from the front desk to the Dr. Also setting up the appt. Also didn't hav to wait long for the Dr, Dr Aquino is very courteous and well planned , he had my info available, answere all our questions and discussed future plans.

Dr. Basnyat listens to my concerns and current health issues. She gives me referrals to other providers if necessary and prescribes the correct medications if needed. I think she is one of the best doctors that I see and I feel that is is a very good Dr/patient relationship.

There was a young man at the checkout desk who went out of his way to print out information for me to help me find help since Lee Health will no longer be accepting my United Healthcare UMR insurance. I really appreciated his concern to try to help me to navigate this trial some ordeal. He was so kind and he should be recognized for his excellence.

The receptionist was very welcoming, Ruth MA has always been very nice and welcoming also! As for my Doctor, I absolutely love her! She never makes me feel rushed, very thorough with my care, and listens to me and my concerns! Tells me how to get a hold of her if needed to and request refills! She also walks me out, which is rare to see! She is an asset to your company!
