Dr. Ferguson listened to me, WAS NOT DISMISSIVE, spent time with me, asked questions, became familiar with my medical history, demonstrated concern, empathy and professionalism.

The entire office, including the receptionist, tdefinitely technician that took care, took my vitals and the Doctor were excellent. I could not ask for a better Doctor and I'm so grateful that I've gotten her as my roommate. All just thank you.

Tuve la oportunidad de acudir a una consulta con la Dra Keshia Ferguson en la clínica en Lee Health y la experiencia fue, en general, muy positiva.
Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y eficiente. No hubo una espera larga, lo cual siempre es un buen indicador de que la organización del centro es adecuada. La clínica está bien ubicada y es moderna, lo que me hizo sentir cómoda y confiada.
Cuando me recibió la Dra me sentí escuchada y atendida, se mostró muy profesional, pero también cercano, lo cual es importante cuando uno está buscando respuestas a problemas de salud respondiendo todas mis preguntas sin apuro. Aprecio que haya dedicado tiempo para asegurarse de que comprendiera todo el proceso.

Dr. Ferguson is best of class. Knowledgeable, personable and truly invested in the patient. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and welcoming. The techs are great they really set the tone or the appointment. I have also communicated with the practice through the portal (both sending and receiving) they manage that well.

Dr. Ferguson is outstanding, her manners and just the way she explain to make sure i understood what I had and the treatments that I can take to lessons issue. Staff are very friendly, I was treated like as if I was family. I truly love Lee Physician group Dr's , in my opinion they have the best Dr's working for the wellness and health of all patients. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Ferguson, I'm just happy I have her as one of my Dr's
