Diana and Misty at the front desk were absolutely delightful. They were fun and friendly while also being very efficient. Maria the MA was also very friendly efficient. Great office staff and great provider!

Dr Basnyat looked at my chart prior to coming in and was well versed in what I have been going through. She also listened to all of the information I gave her, asked questions, and truly listened. It was refreshing to have a doctor who was prepared for my appointment and then took the time needed to dig deeper in to my [ ].

Dr Basnyat took time to listen and when I had a problem her office called and worked me in for a telehealth visit in 2 days. Her staff is wonderful and return calls very quickly.

Dr Basnyat was amazing, she listens to my concerns, explains "why" its happening, and provides me with options then asks what I'm comfortable with doing. I love being a direct part of the process. Ive never had a doctor who comes in prepared already having read my chart, and talks to me and examines me without being on the computer in the room. This is the way a doctors appointment should go. Patient CARE is back with her, and I am SO blessed to have her taking care of me and watching out for my health.
