I can’t say enough about Dr. Basnyat. I finally feel HEARD with her. She took the time to listen and didn’t treat me like I’m a “hysterical woman” during the diagnostic process. I’ve dealt with [ ] for so long because no one took my symptoms seriously until her. I’m eternally grateful.

Dr. Basnyat is the most amazing physician, both professionally and personally. She truly cares deeply about her patients, and provides the highest level of care, addressing their physical and emotional well-being. Dr Basnyat also has an amazing staff. The medical assistant, Maria, is a mirror-image of Dr. Basnyat in her caring natural and professionalism. The office staff provides prompt responses to any calls or questions that I might have between appointments. I would most definitely recommend Dr Basnyat with the highest level of confidence. She and her staff are A#1, the BEST!! I am so thankful and blessed to have her as my rheumatologist.

Dr. Basnyat was very engaging and as this was my first visit (hence the length of scheduling visit), very professional and clearly explained the steps I should take (follow up with [ ]) to make sure it wasn't my [ ] retention causing the [ ]. I appreciate doctors who don't quickly push a [ ]. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Basnyat’s vast clinical knowledge and kindness is a rare combination in today’s fast paced medical environment. Her ability to listen, ask the right questions, and her tenacity for staying curious and ordering the right tests to find the root cause of a patients symptoms makes her stand out as a clinician! Lee Health, and her patients, are fortunate to have her expertise in Rheumatology in our area!

Dr. Shristi Basnyat is excellent! She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive, She took the time to listen to my concerns. I am so grateful that I found her. I highly recommend her!! The nurse and staff were also wonderful!

Dr. Basnyat is amazing. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and is always prepared when walking into the exam room. [ ] can be an emotional rollercoaster. Dr. Basnyat always makes me feel that I am not alone in this ever changing disease and I always leave an appointment confident that we are on the right track. If needed, I know Dr. Basnyat and her staff are just a phone call or portal message away.

Dr Basnyat is always pleasant and polite. She takes time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The box I cheched for ease of timely scheduling an appointment is only meant to point out that Lee Health probably needs more rheumatologists because Dr Basnyat's schedule is always packed.

Dr Basnyat is a very good Dr she listens to you she tells you if there is nothing she can do other then control the [ ]. She doesn't tell you what she thinks you want to hear. I like that !
