The doctor was great. My daughter was with me and she said I’m gonna change doctors and come to her because the doctor read my chart before I got there. It seems like she knew exactly what I needed.

Dr Basnyat took time to listen and when I had a problem her office called and worked me in for a telehealth visit in 2 days. Her staff is wonderful and return calls very quickly.

Dr Basnyat was amazing, she listens to my concerns, explains "why" its happening, and provides me with options then asks what I'm comfortable with doing. I love being a direct part of the process. Ive never had a doctor who comes in prepared already having read my chart, and talks to me and examines me without being on the computer in the room. This is the way a doctors appointment should go. Patient CARE is back with her, and I am SO blessed to have her taking care of me and watching out for my health.

I found my experience to be excellent! Dr. Basnyat was thorough, professional & courteous. Dr. Basnyats' Nurse, Amanda & Assistant, Ms. [ ] was equally conscientious, as well as the Receptionist at check-in. A very good first meeting.

All of the staff is wonderful! Dr. Basnyat is the star here though. She worked with me to find out what my condition is. She did not just give up on me like so many have in the past. I have hope I can feel better.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Basnyat. I finally feel HEARD with her. She took the time to listen and didn’t treat me like I’m a “hysterical woman” during the diagnostic process. I’ve dealt with [ ] for so long because no one took my symptoms seriously until her. I’m eternally grateful.
