The whole staff was fantastic. I spent the majority of my life working in doctors offices as a medical assistant, and I worked in the front office also. I can tell that they are all happy with their jobs and that they are pleased with the doctor that they work for.

I am extremely happy and thankful to have found Dr Matzamura she is an excellent physician very knowledgeable curtious very understanding willing to listen to your questions /concerns l highly recommend her, staff, clinic to all my friends/neighbors. She is definitely an asset to Lee Physicians group.

Dr. Matzumura. She is always maintain professionalism and us always gotten back to me in a way that even if I couldn't come in like this last time because my Left-hand head surgery and right hand was starting to swell. She got back to me quickly and did a zoom and put me on a medicine that same day and it Has taken effect and is working.

This was a telemedicine video call reschedule from an in person scheduled appointment. Directions for connecting were straightforward, easy and seamless. Professional and personal just like in person experiences.

Dr M exudes professional competence. She got me in to see her quickly after it became apparent that the normal PCP referral process had gone off the rails. She spent over an hour with me exhaustively diagnosing and explaining the problem. For the first time I have confidence that my condition is being properly treated.

I love the friendliness of all the staff and my Dr., Dr. Matzumura is very good at listening to and answering my questions! And Ruth has a wonderful sense of humor and is excellent at putting a patient at ease! Carol at the front desk was very empathetic about the lack of appts available.

The entire staff at Surfside I interacted with including Chris, Ruth and Dr. Melissa was excellent. Special kudos to Chris at the reception desk who made every effort to schedule an appointment as soon as availability permitted.
