Every member of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and made me feel like I was more than just a number. I felt like they really wanted to make me feel at ease and not rushed through the visit.

Dr. Melissa was absolutely amazing. So caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She had reviewed my case and answered all of my questions, etc. I absolutely loved her. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone - they would not be disappointed.

I had my follow up 6 months visit with Dr Matzumura and I want to express my gratitude to this doctor. His professionalism and cooperation with the patient makes me recognize his EXCELLENCE in his work. Lee Health must be very proud to have this doctor working in this health system. 5 stars for Dr Matzumura. I don't think this comment will reach anyone in the high staff but I hope it will happen this time too.

Both Dr. Matzumura and her Physicians Assistant were outstanding. Dr. Matzumura had just returned to the office from vacation the morning of my appointment, but - as always - she reviewed my test results the day they had been posted to My Chart, which always brings me comfort despite the various "Abnormal" flags.

Ruth the attending nurse was great, as usual. Efficient, professional and friendly. Check in and check out personnel were likewise efficient, friendly and professional. The doctor was very capable answering my questions before I asked. Reviewed my past circumstances and provided a vision of the future. All in all a great visit by a great staff.
