I have many things going on in my immediate families health and my doctor took the time to listen to me and was very compassionate and I really appreciate that While taking the time to Go over my blood test results very thorough always checking to see if I have pain anywhere. I just really appreciate her as a person and a physician.

I have seen other rheumatologists, but none communicate as clearly and consistently as she does. She proactively keeps me updated on all my lab results and clearly explains her recommendations for next steps in my care. Her deep understanding of the complex challenges of rheumatological diseases makes her an invaluable doctor. She is truly a keeper!2. How would you rate the service provided by the office staff?Exceptional. The entire office team is attentive, compassionate, and mindful of patients' disabilities. Dr Matzumura, sits down with you and looks you straight in your eyes and listens and advises you of you how you are doing and if there are any concerns. She is truly amazing! I had a doctor appointment recently and spoke highly of Dr Matzumura. He asked me her name and location so he could refer his patients if needed.

Was telehealh call- receptionist and Dr Matzumura were Extremely helpful to me-am very grateful for their help. Had trouble connecting w Dr- my fault- not theirs- but they rectified it. Am very pleased with the whole staff. Thank you for your concern.

The receptionist was very welcoming, Ruth MA has always been very nice and welcoming also! As for my Doctor, I absolutely love her! She never makes me feel rushed, very thorough with my care, and listens to me and my concerns! Tells me how to get a hold of her if needed to and request refills! She also walks me out, which is rare to see! She is an asset to your company!

Everyone I had to deal with on my visit was very professional and polite. Dr. Matzumura was very professional and understanding. I feel the treatment she has suggested will be more productive than my previous treatments. Glad I waited to get into her practice.

All three women were outstanding in their roles (reception, MA and MD). It was my first visit with Dr. Matzumura as my previous two Rheumatologists have left the practice. She is outstanding!
