Chris at the front desk was very courteous and kind. Courtney doing the intake was also professional and kind. The waiting area is nice and quiet and not overcrowded.

Dr. Matzumura took her time to review my chart and test results before coming into the room. She was very kind, took her time, and listened to my concerns as well as let me make some of the future decisions in my medication plans.

The whole staff was fantastic. I spent the majority of my life working in doctors offices as a medical assistant, and I worked in the front office also. I can tell that they are all happy with their jobs and that they are pleased with the doctor that they work for.

Dr. Matzumura. She is always maintain professionalism and us always gotten back to me in a way that even if I couldn't come in like this last time because my Left-hand head surgery and right hand was starting to swell. She got back to me quickly and did a zoom and put me on a medicine that same day and it Has taken effect and is working.

This was a telemedicine video call reschedule from an in person scheduled appointment. Directions for connecting were straightforward, easy and seamless. Professional and personal just like in person experiences.

Dr M exudes professional competence. She got me in to see her quickly after it became apparent that the normal PCP referral process had gone off the rails. She spent over an hour with me exhaustively diagnosing and explaining the problem. For the first time I have confidence that my condition is being properly treated.
