Ruth is really on top of things, and so compassionate and sweet. And the dr is completely outstanding. Her patient care is among the best I have ever received

Front desk staff were excellent! Nurse Ruth was very good and an excellent listener. Dr Matzumura was excellent. As a new patient I am looking forward to working with this team.

The experience with Lee health doctors in the past year has not been the greatest.. meeting Dr Melissa was a true breath of fresh air. Lee health needs more drs like her!

The young lady that did the [ ] and such was so very nice. I had a [ ] from a [ ] the day before and she was so thoughtful and caring with that also. I had a little bit of a wait to get in to my appointment and was still not feeling all that great after [ ] day before but her professional and yet kind behavior made me relaxed and feeling fine. Sorry I don’t remember her name but I hope you can find out who she is.

The receptionists were great with dealing with a very unhelpful previous doctor with getting records. Dr Matzumura was very understanding and listened even without having my records yet and we came up with a plan.

The day of my appointment they were short staffed by one front desk and one nurse so they were a bit busy. The professionalism and humor was apparent and those that I interacted with were excellent. I think almost everyone I encountered in the [ ] were friendly and helpful. ( I went to [ ] - which was wrong - back to 1st floor - which was right but went to center desk - I forgot Rhumetology has its own suite. I guess I should have stopped by the center desk (help assistant) and asked.)

I think she is an excellent doctor. Very involved and kept me very involved in my treatment, continually checking to make sure I understood the directions and listened and was very good at explaining. I have visited many Lee Health doctors and she is by far among the very best

I originally missed my appointment, because I went to the wrong location! Had to reschedule and was quite upset with my shelf! Within thirty minutes the office called, and fitted me to n later that morning!! They went above and beyond, working me in! Thank you!

It is always a pleasure to have my checkups at this office. Not only does the doctor make you feel like you are the most important pt of the day her office staff are equally as warm and courteous. Not only would I recommend her and her office, I already have to several friends.

dr MATZUMURA , is a rare find doctor in the medical system today! doctors are so rushed and seem overburdened, that you feel you are being processed, not, cared for. i seek doctors like her and dr [ ], both part of lee health, they have excellent staffs, and really care for their patients.
