They were all great and courteous starting from the front desk to the Dr. Also setting up the appt. Also didn't hav to wait long for the Dr, Dr Aquino is very courteous and well planned , he had my info available, answere all our questions and discussed future plans.

Was well taken care of from the front desk, the doctors nurse was excellent in caring and taking info. Doctor was outstanding! So very thorough in examining, answering questions, concerning, caring. Thank you!!!

There was a young man at the checkout desk who went out of his way to print out information for me to help me find help since Lee Health will no longer be accepting my United Healthcare UMR insurance. I really appreciated his concern to try to help me to navigate this trial some ordeal. He was so kind and he should be recognized for his excellence.

I needed wheelchair assistance and the staff was very patient and willing to assist. (As help was needed, the staff's kindness took a weight off of me!)MA, Sabina, went the extra mile to take me down to the lobby. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Dr. Aquino was pleasant and patient. He listened as I explained my health situation. (First visit.)

Dr Aquino was friendly, polite, and easy to talk with. I've had a lot of experience with rheumatologists over the past thirty years or so and he clearly understands my concerns with the disease and the various medications and therapies available to treat it. I left with great confidence that he is the best possible physician for me to carry on with after Dr [ ] departure.

Dr. Aquino is a great Rheumatologist. I always feel cared for, listen to and appreciated during our visits. He takes loads of time with me and I feel confident that I understand all of my test results and any treatments he recommends. I highly recommend him to anyone.
