Dr Figueroa was a very caring professional. She explained my condition and what my options for care would be after test results. She received my [ ] on the same day taken. She immediately responded with my next step for care in the Lee health portal even though it was after hours. I really appreciate her and the staff for their kind and conscientious work on my behalf. I recommended them highly.

Dr. Sierra went above and beyond answering my questions and explaining my condition and concerns. She did it with genuine care and concern. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve had 5 rheumatologists in 10 years and Dr. Sierra was the most thorough. I know I’m in good hands. I feel grateful.

Although we were all preparing for Hurricane Helene, everyone still gave me very professional care. Every visit since I started seeing Dr Sierra I learn so much helpful information about my conditions and best possible things to care for these conditions. I truly appreciate her patience and teaching approach.

I’ve been seeing Dr Sierra for about a year. I’m so happy to be treated by her. She’s the first doctor I’ve seen in many years that was able to provide an accurate diagnosis and a plan for how to manage my condition. She explains things in a way I can understand and process. She listens carefully to me. I feel better when I leave the office knowing my doctor has my back.

Dr. Sierra diagnosed me with [ ]. She pulled a pictures and showed me the difference between [ ]. When she saw my [ ], she didn’t just look at them. She held them. She spoke to me with compassion. She surprise me when she asked me to take my shoes off. So could check my feet. She also showed me a scan of my [ ] that has been affected by the [ ]. She told me the [ ]. She explained [ ] would also be an option. Her nursing assisted Amanda was very pleasant. From the first person that I met checking in to the last person that I met checking out was awesome. They didn’t feel like a medical team. They felt like they were my medical family🫶

She explained to me that there are markers. We need to find a [ ] that takes care of my markers. She prescribed a [ ]. This one may take up to 4 months to see results. I was quite pleased with her my second visit. She took the the time to answer my questions letting me know that it might take some time to find the [ ] for me.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sierra. She has really helped me to understand more about my condition and made recommendations to improve it. She is the third doctor I have had since being diagnosed and she is the best! I'm so glad I found her.
