Entering this clinic was so uplifting: the reception staff were all smiling and ready to help. Wait time was short and we were ushered back to Roberta’s office to meet her. Wait time was short and Roberta arrived with a warm and friendly smile. Roberta has a a systematic way of approaching our visit. Using MyChart Roberta formulated questions and a plan of action. She knew what she was doing. I was so impressed with her manner in delivering information to me! I understood I was heard and felt safe. She knew what she was doing. She righted my ship from the aftermath of my [ ]; I am feeling so much more like myself today and I am so grateful.

Michael is a top notch communicator. Traits include courtesy, ability to read charts and med list, accurately, and in depth. Correct or expand on points & explaining in layman’s terms. We were Blessed.

The blonde at the upstairs front desk made me feel welcome and gave me information I needed.

Roberta did a great job communicating with me over my Lab test results. She explained each one and made it easy for me to understand. I enjoyed my visit with her.

I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit with this Dr. he reviewed my labs and my health history and was very thorough explaining and deciding on a treatment plan.

I feel very comfortable in his care.. He takes his time to explain my condition with me and the options that I have for care going forward. I trust him very much and the only thing that would make me look for another provider would be if a moved out of his service area and I have no intention of moving!!!

Jose at the front desk is excellent as they all are. Amanda Reid is awesome she takes the time needed and answers every question my wife and I had and sometimes before we can ask the question.

Krista was so knowledgeable about the subject of the illness. Explaining causes, treatments etc. She made my Husband and I very comfortable about the possible treatments and outcomes.

Mandy is a fantastic provider. She always takes the time to answer questions, thoroughly explain, and provide tailored treatment options. Even if clinic is extremely busy, Mandy never seems rushed and gives you her full attention. Lee Health is extremely lucky to have her!

The male nurse or assistant who greeted me was excellent. Definitely made me feel comfortable and was very helpful with everything. The doctor was also more personable and willing to spend time with me than most doctors I see. Hopefully I'll be seing him for a long while.

Andrew was great! Dr Moraes is an amazing Dr oncologist who is very caring, compassionate, thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I feel fortunate to have found him especially with Lee Health.

Although everyone is wonderful, Jose takes time out of his schedule to always make sure I am comfortable. The Bonita office is the most impressive Lee Health building I've been in.
