Everyone was very informative, friendly, and safety-conscious. The power went out during the visit, and their office is on the third floor. On my way out, the staff questioned my comfort level leaving by the stairs due to an issue with a [ ]. I knew to move slowly. I was very impressed by Dr. Perez's knowledge of my situation during both my first visit and the power outage. I am impressed.

His nurse Shanika is very efficient and came to check to see if Dr. Perez had been in to see us. I love that Dr Perez always takes his time with me and answers all my questions, shares his thoughts and makes me feel like he is listening to all my concerns.

I am very fond of the young lady who greeted me and took my [ ].. I believe her name is Kenisha. ( i could be wrong,)but she is outstanding. her ability to set my mind at ease and have a laugh in a very serious environment is a rare talent. If there is an award to be given, then, in my mind , she wins.

Dr Perez De Armas is my third Hematologist in the LPG practice, and I really appreciate how kind and informative he was with me. Although I really liked my first Hematologist, Dr Perez De Armas is my favorite. I usually don't do these surveys but the time he took with me and the overall good experience I had at my appointment made me do it.
