I am very fond of the young lady who greeted me and took my [ ].. I believe her name is Kenisha. ( i could be wrong,)but she is outstanding. her ability to set my mind at ease and have a laugh in a very serious environment is a rare talent. If there is an award to be given, then, in my mind , she wins.

Dr Perez De Armas is my third Hematologist in the LPG practice, and I really appreciate how kind and informative he was with me. Although I really liked my first Hematologist, Dr Perez De Armas is my favorite. I usually don't do these surveys but the time he took with me and the overall good experience I had at my appointment made me do it.

The 2 young gals at entering and exiting were outstanding customer service, friendly, helpful, effective and proficient. Very kind and respectful. Seemed glad to be there and genuinely happy to help. Unlike the med assistant who seemed 'obligated' to be there. Refused to print out my test results. Kept insisting the Dr. would print them for me. I had to go to MyChart while waiting for the Dr., in order to find & review my lab work. The Dr. has better things to do than print my test results. He was about 1hr. behind, poor guy.

The ladies that I spoke with were all very kind, understanding the burden of incurable cancer. It was my first meeting with the doctor, and he was very understanding, attentive, and personable. I'll be returning.
