Entire staff is very caring and provides any assistance that may be needed during your visit. Maria is excellent as a PA and provides complete care. She is very knowledgeable and understanding as well as giving additional information without you doing research for telephone numbers.

The staff and timelines of the visit are great. Dr Fazio is the best. She is thorough and patient and very knowledgeable on current Medicare guidelines. Her referrals are right on. I’ve been going for several years and would recommend this office to anyone.

The staff are all amazing and polite. I couldn't say enough good about them all. The two Drs. and the PA make you feel at ease. They don't try to rush you and are actually concerned over your health and get to the bottom of why you are there. Baptist Clay on Wells road is the BEST!!! Can't say enough about them.

My experience has been awesome. Dr. M is professional and care-taking. I’ve never felt hurried and my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and helpful. The professionals in this practice appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs and each other!
