Friendly and helpful check in staff. Great patient assistant was professionally and helpful. Student assistant was right on as well. Dr. Fazio always listens to my concerns and doesn’t rush me. She always has the best answers for me.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They had everything ready to receive my husband and I. Dr. Mahinrad was AWESOME! So thorough, knowledgeable, and very keen to see the big picture on all prior medical information to gain a detailed assessment of our visit. It has been a long time since I have experienced a medical practitioner seem so personally vested in an office visit to take the time and ask questions and gather information to get a better idea of the individual patient. Thank you for listening!

Like Asbury Baptist Primary is the absolute best. DR. M and her staff are very attentive and caring. Dr. M is a wonderful Doctor….she recognizes any problems I might have and aggressively takes plans to correct. Like Asbury is my Primary Doctor and will be for a long time to come…….Thanks Lake Asbury Baptist Primary.

Front desk quick response to check in and collecting needed info. Back office staff also efficient and thorough getting patient ready for doctor. Staff listens to your issues and quick to respond to additional duties when needed. All are pleasant, respectful and professional. RN practitioner easy to talk to and responsive to your issues. This was my first visit and thankful I could get a new primary care office within reasonable distance to Middleburg

The office personnel are very professional, polite and helpful.
Dr. Mahinrad is a cheerful and true professional, very knowledgeable and is very sensitive to her patient's needs. She puts the patient at ease and very carefully listens to every word you say regardless of the time it takes and then provides the best advice possible for the problem. She only advises what she feels will help! I am very happy to have found her and she is one of the best doctors I have ever had. From my observations of all of my doctors my only frustration with my care from her is the professional restrictions placed on her as a medical doctor which is no fault of hers. Kudos to her from me and I believe most of her patients feel the same as I do.

I usually have office visits, The whole staff works together as a group. I also learned, at my last visit, the staff conducts training for other nurses at this location. They are kind and thorough.

I receive care at Baptist Primary Care op Blanding Blvd, in Orange Park, Fl, and have been very pleased with the location, the care I receive, and the whole staff. I have been a patient there for several years and am always treated in a kind, concerned, and professional way. I’m so glad we have them in our community!
