The staff is kind and personable. Dr Martinez-Heath is outstanding. She took time to listen and advise, discussed options and showed out-of-the-box thinking. She was a breath of fresh air, in a usually semi-disinterested field.

The staff and doctors. Since I have been seeing Dr. [last name] I haven't seen a pharmaceutical person coming into the office. Never had a bad experience. I mainly see Dr. [last name] who takes her time in explaining to me and as well as Maria Paredes. Dr, [last name] explains the game plan and time frame for bettering my health and sets up a game plan to get to those goals.

Extremely convenient and fast service. This was our 1st visit to establish care and Jessica was great. She actually took the time to discuss everything we needed to establish our healthcare needs going forward! We felt like we were finally starting a real plan for improvement and growth. We have labs scheduled, an x-ray, physicals, FMLA paperwork preparation, as well as several other tests to be carried out soon; colonoscopy, mammograms (my wife), behavioral health, and others. We accomplished much during our visit. I highly recommend this office.

Maria is the best. She never makes me feel dismissed. I’ve felt so sick and she really starts going down list of making sure we cover everything. It’s scary getting older but she has really always try to put the puzzle pieces together to my health issues.

I really liked Dr Mahinrad. I have seen Dr [lat name] at Baptist Primary for 21 years, but moved from Jax to Clay county and it took me 50 minutes to get to him. I was worried about seeing another Dr. I am a fire fighter/Paramedic and had a great relationship with Dr [last name], but Dr. Mahinrad was awesome. We connected better than i could have every hoped for!!! She really took her time with me and listened very patiently to all my woes, then she laid out her plan for me and stated Dr. [last name] had me on the right path.
