I’m an established patient. I find that I’m able to get an appointment within a very reasonable period of time to address an illness. Once there, things run on time, with minimal wait time to be seen by the provider. I’ve seen my doctor, as well as PA Rachel and NP Vanessa (depending on appointment availability) and have been satisfied with the care given by each provider. The practice seems efficiently run in all areas.

Everything! From being prompt and not waiting for my appointment. You run pretty much on time all the time. Love the ENTIRE STAFF! You guys rock!! What I like about this office is that they are polite, professional and they always treat you with respect and always try to get you in when you’re sick. Always great atmosphere. I like the efficiency of the staff. I don’t feel like just another number. The Dr isn’t rushing off to the next pt. But the best part is how I feel after I see him. I have confidence in him, I trust his opinions and suggestions, his explanations. I feel like he really cares and it’s not just about making Baptist another $. I don’t have to make an appt for every little symptom I call about unless it’s a new concern. It’s not terribly far from my place. So I’m happy.

Dr. Jacqmein is the best doctor in town and addresses all my concerns. I have been seeing him for over a decade and will continue to do so. He is very responsive also in online messaging.

The Dr and Pa here are extraordinary. From the receptionist to the RNs . This is a top notch clinic. I truly love Dr Jacqmein being my Dr. He's drastically helped my quality of life. Great Doctor! Wonderful staff. Their response times to online questions answered same day. Best clinic I have ever had. I'm 67. Their care and communication are excellent.

Of course, Dr. Jacqmein is outstanding as a physician with phenomenal knowledge of medicine to include good health templates and recommendations for being the best we can be to his consults on health issues that arise throughout the year. His personality is top notch - positive and caring!
