Jessica Reinhardt was timely, professional and helpful when my phone battery died during our online visit. She called back twice until I was able to get the phone charging and answer.
She had access to previous records and provided historical reference to prior episodes.

The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is always willing to help me schedule appointments, when most needed. Dr. [last name]’s staff is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I saw Jessica Reinhardt, ARNP, this visit. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Her assistant, Elyssa, is exceptionally kind and took extra steps to help me in a very difficult scheduling situation.
We are so happy with this practice, we drive an hour and twenty minutes to see them.

The care, the friendly smiling faces, the feeling ì matter, and feeling that they are all very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my doctor, nurses, and care. I love being a part of the whole Baptist care. It is great being a part of an organization that works together from my personal doctor to specialist to the nursing staff at the hospital.

The care received is outstanding. From check in to checkout everyone was professional and friendly. Laina Bieniek, APRN examined my father and put together a plan to improve his life. She also referred him to several different physicians and physical therapy. Her care has made an impact on his health.
