Dr. Jacqmein is a professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable doctor. He truly cares about you and wants to help. The office staff are caring, friendly and competent. I love the fact that when I call the office a real person answers the phone and helps you, which is so rare these days. All patient portal requests and questions are promptly answered. This is an outstanding office!

Friendly staff, good doctors, PA’s, and nurses. Appointments are scheduled so there is often limited waiting time before being seen.

The location is good for me. The office is not crowded while I am waiting----usually only one or two people in waiting room. The staff is helpful and courteous. I really like Dr. Jacqmein.

When I call I get to speak with a person who listens, answers my question(s) or schedules an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, I'm seen on time, Dr Jacqmein listens, and I leave with a solution or a plan. When a referral is called for, they make the call. It would be nice if all the folks I do business with were as friendly and professional as Dr. Jacqmein and his Team.

Dr. Jacqmein is genuinely interested in helping you manage your own health. I've been a patient for well more than a decade and I look forward to my annual wellness review. When he comes in to see me, he has reviewed my previous records and is prepared to hear what I'm doing to protect my health. He listens, explains the data they have collected, and watches for trends. He is not merely looking for symptoms to treat but rather to make suggestions about how you can keep your health from deteriorating. He's not merely a doctor, he's a physician.
In today's almost hostile insurance environment, everyone in his office still tries to give you the time they can and treats you like a person and not another claim to push through. That seems harder to find as each day passes.

Conveniently located to me, but regardless of that, it’s easy to get to.
It’s pretty new so in good clean shape.
Staff is always friendly and patient (no pun intended-I’m older and they truly are patient).
Wait time is very short.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, I have good and open communication with Dr. Jacqmein.
