Returning from a four week trip out-of-country with a respiratory issue, I was grateful to be seen on very short notice. My Primary Care Physician (Dr. [last name]) was not available so I met with Dr. Martinez-Heath. I had a productive conversation and visit. I have received my prescriptions and am continuing to improve.
This was my first time to use a PRN Physician and I was very impressed. I appreciate the flexibility this service provides and will not hesitate to use again when needed.

The entire office staff is very friendly and efficient. I have never had a problem with this office. Marilyn, checks you in as soon as you walk through the door and she is so helpful and a great asset. The front desk staff always help me with any issue I might have and the wait times are less than 5 minutes The checkout staff always make sure I am satisfied with my visit. I especially like having lab work done at this facility. What a great feature. The lab technicians are excellent and they avoid all the normal troubles that I have with going to a Quest lab.
Finally, my primary care physician is Dr. Kinman. He is the best doctor I've ever had!! I can't say enough about him. He is both caring and efficient. He knows how to work with the "computer" side of medicine and achieves excellent results for me, the patient.

Office staff is always nice. Never had any issues with any of the staff. The techs, nurses, and doctors are great. Been a patient at that office for quite some time. Hope I never have to change to another location.

The whole staff from the front office to the back office are so friendly, professional and personable!!!
Dr. Onyedimma is the best doctor I've had in years!! She takes time and listen to you and answer all your questions. If there's something you doesn't completely understand about your health, she takes the time to explain it in Layman's Term. She really and truly cares about your health and how you are feeling. She comes into the examine room with a smile and first and far most ask how you're doing without getting to health business first.
I had what I perceived as major health care for about 5 years and I've been with Dr. Onyedimma for a little over a year and all my concerns have been addressed and I feel so much better and more energetic than I've ever felt before.
Thanks so much to Dr. Onyedimma and her staff.

I received excellent service from the check-in process through the end of my visit. My provider, Shaunta Lawson, ensured that all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed. I especially appreciated being able to complete my lab work in the office without having to visit a third-party facility. I’m very glad I chose Baptist for all of my care.

I really enjoyed the organization and flow to the check in procedure for my first visit. Every single person I encountered was polite and friendly. I was truly blown away by the experience. Dr. Clark is wonderful, caring and thorough. I’m very excited that I decided on this practice to become established at for primary care!
