Front staff is very friendly. I think they set the tone for the office. Dr. Leibowitz makes you feel very comfortable and so do the nurses. I am a person that does not like Dr. appointments and will push them off. I am happy to say, the Baptist offices and hospitals have pleasantly surprised me with the experiences I have had. The first time in a long time so far I can say I enjoy all the doctors I have and seen in my 2 years being in this group.

Efficiency. I don’t wait long. The phlebotomist is very good and quick. Front desk people very pleasant. I like Maria a great deal. I like her assistant too. I am comfortable there now after all these months years

My recommendation would primarily be for Dr Butcher. Excellent general physician - good advice, listens to patient, and doesn’t shy away from delivering necessary information (good or bad).
The office staff is polite and the process is not frustrating at all.

Clean, disabled parking located right at the entrance door. Well kept and organized. Comfortable temperature and easy to locate assigned room. Lab room is also at the clinic.
