Well the people are always professional. The office is always clean and neat. I feel like they're routine that they have with the indoor and the outdoors great. A process is good for getting a person from the waiting room to the doctors room. The lighting is good. I like the fact that the draw your blood right there and quickly.

From the front office to the PAs, assistants, and my PCP everyone is personable and courteous. My appointments have always been on time and I do not feel rushed in any way and I feel I am important to the entire office.

Extremely convenient and fast service. This was our 1st visit to establish care and Jessica was great. She actually took the time to discuss everything we needed to establish our healthcare needs going forward! We felt like we were finally starting a real plan for improvement and growth. We have labs scheduled, an x-ray, physicals, FMLA paperwork preparation, as well as several other tests to be carried out soon; colonoscopy, mammograms (my wife), behavioral health, and others. We accomplished much during our visit. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Waters and his staff are top notch. Wait times are always short, the admin staff gets you processed quickly, Dr Waters and his staff do a wonderful job covering all their bases and talking you through what is going on with your body. They definitely put their clients first.
