Love Dr. Butcher. Having a genuinely knowledgeable professional who actually listens is a rare gem these days.
We were close to losing him as an in-network provider with my insurance last year. That got resolved, but I was already in the middle of figuring out how to keep him as my primary either way, even if I had to pay cash.

The office staff is very efficient and professional. To schedule and appointment or medications is easy and timely. Office is clean and easy to access from surrounding area. Dr. Leibowitz is young and has reviewed your history prior to seeing you, he listens and reviews in detail any issue that needs discussion or treatment, he explains everything so well.

Staff is Very efficient. Dr. Waters is always kind and patient. He takes his time answering any of my questions and helps me with any prescription refills I may need. I’m very happy with Baptist Primary Care. Dr. Waters and his staff have surely been a blessing in my life!

Friendly staff greets you. Everyone is helpful and always answers all my questions. Not a long wait time. Dr. Butcher always listens and takes time to answer all questions and to make sure everything is going well.
