Everyone was so kind. They walk with you from place to place. I noticed that the front desk people when you first came in greeted people by name as they walked in. You could tell that they had gotten to know some of the patients. There was not a long wait for any part of it. I love that I was given a binder with all of my information.

I can't say enough kind words to describe the staff and doctors! Caring and thorough, they are always glad to see me when I come in for a visit! I've never had a "bad" visit with them!!

I'm very happy with Dr. Nowicki and Emma Kate. I feel very comfortable when I'm dealing with either of them and am completely satisfied with the information they provide. The nurses and check-out people are very friendly and professional as well.

All Drs and staff are so friendly and helpful. The time spent in the care of MD Anderson has been comforting and reassuring. The Dr always spends quality time with us and covers all our needs. The Dr and his staff go above and beyond to care for the patient.

I haven't had my surgery yet but, here's what I can tell you about my experience. Dr. Hand and her team have been nothing short of wonderful and comforting. (Shout out to Nioki*spelling* and Mackenzie, others as well, I just didn't learn their names) They take time with you, are personable with you. They help you face things. You aren't a number, you're human, and they treat you as such. I'm kinda scared. So many people going there are facing far worse than me. I know, that from all I've seen, they make you feel like you have a team facing it with you. They got you. I cant see that changing as I go through the procedure. So, yeah, I highly recommend this team of lovely people.
