Everyone we passed as we walked to and from my appointment spoke to us and wished us a Merry Christmas or just said good morning, have a nice day. The nurses were so nice and explained procedures to us and what their roles were in my care. The First Lady I spoke with in the financial office was very easy to talk to and helpful in explaining what was going to happen. I loved Dr. Hand! She spoke to me without be condescending but explaining things that were necessary in terms that I understood. She made me feel like I was visiting with a close friend. I feel so much better even though my cancer is spreading at this time. I wish I lived close enough to have her as my full time doctor.

McKenzie and Dr. Hand are so nice and knowledgeable. I feel I am well taken care of with them. Also, Alexa, Meghan, Kathy, and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and greet me with a smile. Having cancer is not a good thing, but with this group of people, it makes it so much more bearable. Thank you for being in our community.

First of all everybody you meet are very friendly and helpful. You are anxious enough but they do all they can to help you. My experience so far is wonderful. Doctors and the entire team take the time to explain and go over your plan of treatment. If you have questions it is very easy to contact someone and tell them of your concerns.
