Visit was exceptionally good. The new patient intake was seamless; staff were knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Nowicki was very thorough, while providing details of his second opinion of my medical diagnosis condition. He was very compassionate, aware that I am a visual person, so he took time to explain what my x-rays and lab results indicated, discussed the necessary surgical procedure, what to expect during, after and treatment plans and follow up visits based on information obtain from results of additional research of my cancer. Different scenarios of what to expect based on findings and potential prognosis whether negative or positive. Dr. Nowicki made me feel more in control of my decisions, and overall supportive of my decision to mediately request assistance with remedies to cure the problem and I felt confident with receiving this type of personable care.

From the moment you enter the building, every employee is courteous, kind and helpful. Dr. Nowicki arrived on time, sat next to me with paperwork wide open (no secrets) and proceeded to review test by test. No rushing the appointment and he spoke to me as if I were an intelligent person. Once again, I felt great respect shown for me as the patient for which I remain appreciative.
