The entire team was very professional. The clinical team spent the time needed to discuss procedure planning and next steps. They have expert resources available should you need them. Post visit follow up to answer any questions/concerns.

Everyone is friendly. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and that's from the time you check in and to the time you leave. The doctor explains things very clearly and ask if you have any questions. They make you feel extremely comfortable. Highly recommend them to everyone

Absolutely everyone from the front desk, to medical tech, to RN to Dr Whitworth was wonderful. I didn’t have to wait a long time, and each person I met did their job well. When I saw Dr Whitworth she explained clearly my options & answered my questions.

I have the unfortunate experience of visiting hospitals and several other states, There is no place like Baptist MD Anderson Javksonville. The facility is beautiful. The entire appointment from scheduling to completion of the appointment was terrific. All staff members, from check in, medical assistant to nurse were courteous and efficient. Dr Whitworth was wonderful. She is professional and very personable. She was very thorough and answered all questions. As a patient you are extremely nervous and they all went out of their way to make you comfortable. They were great and I would highly recommend them.

Dr Whitworth and everyone on her team are WONDERFUL! I realize I’m NOT her only patient but, in the moments she is speaking to me she always makes me feel like I am her only patient. I can’t begin to express how calming it is that Dr Whitworth speaks to me like I’m a human and not some number that is beneath her knowledge when I don’t understand something, she explains it in real world language. When she speaks to me in person, she sits right in front of me and never stands over me. That one simple gesture is calming instead of intimidating. She never makes me feel like my questions are a waste of her time and she looks me directly in the eye. This may seem insignificant, but it’s life-changing. Being in a doctor’s office is nerve-racking enough without the fear of cancer. Dr Whitworth communicates with her heart while continuing to doctor through her brilliance.
