The competence, personal care and knowledge of Dr. [ ] and PA Williamson. I liked their personal care, interest and encouragement. The skill was obvious with my uncomplicated and almost painless recovery. They explained everything and took time to answer all of my questions without seeming rushed. The overall atmosphere in the building and on that floor was pleasant and soothing.

The care that I experienced from every member of the team has been nothing short of phenomenal. I felt very much seen and heard. I felt the care and compassion. There was a lot of concern and anxiety that I experienced due to my condition and not knowing if it would include cancer. The genuine approach that was extended to me was something I will carry with me forever. Lastly, the vie in that office was also a million dollar view, and such a great place to be to help out your mind at ease. The experience was really top tier.

Dr. Hand and her staff are excellent. She engages with me and answers my questions -which are rare because she covers everything so well. I feel the same about Mackenzie. You know you are in good hands and they treat you as a person not a disease process -a rare thing unfortunately in today???s medicine. I have already recommended her practice to a few women. [ ]
